  1. Looking good. You'll need to take of a bit more off on the teeth. Here's a reference photo
  2. Hey Simon thanks for your patience. Andrew or myself will be with you shortly.
  3. Beautiful! . With some rivets it looks Centurion worthy to me.
  4. I agree with you regarding steering builders in the right direction. Let's save what you perceive is inaccurate with the CRLs for another thread. Thank you
  5. Keep up the great work Tom Also, looks like Brad is giving you some solid advice .
  6. Nice work Matthew
  7. Good point for accuracy however, it's not a requirement.
  8. Hey Sha Sha, thanks for your patience we'll be with your shortly.
  9. Don't worry about the rivets just yet. Put on the Ab and kidney as if you're wearing the armor and take a couple photos.
  10. Put it on and take a photo.
  11. Wonder why he's concerned about recasting? I mean I know why but really, unless something has changed recently Anovos is the only company licence by Disney to manufacture and sell this armor, everyone else should be keeping a low profile. IMHO the last thing you should do is put your initials on a licensed product that isn't yours. No disrespect but if the mouse ever comes calling there won't be explaining that away.
  12. Congrats Taylor, welcome to the elite
  13. No. There's no requirement how it's attached at any level Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  14. I don't have the tech specs in front of me (on vaca) but I'll do you one better, here's where you cab buy it.
  15. Hello, the costume as a whole is a mixture of two different types, Hero and Stunt. Out of the box it's 501st approved however, for Stunt EIB the two upper holster screws will need to be remove and the holes plugged. For Centurion the belt itself is too flimsy for accuracy standards. We're either recommending or requiring the belt be replaced to avoid any issues at the higher levels accuracy.
  16. Hey Chris thank you for applying for EIB. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All the required submission photos have been posted. Very nice job on your build. Your armor meets all EIB requirements, Andrew and myself would like to welcome you to Expert Infantry Brock Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor and accuracy. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections. Again, these are suggestions and recommendations, ultimately the accuracy is up to you. We have a few areas to go over so let's get to it. Starting with the helmet the ear screws. The screws Anovos uses to secure the ears are incorrect. They should be "V" head slot screws. There are a couple sellers here on the FISD that have the correct screws. Note: Don't throw these screws away just yet, you might need them. Reference photo Vcoder lines could use a little more definition as seen in the provided reference photo. A little touch up is in order in the following areas. Reference photo Next up is the back to kidney gap. There should be very minimal gap here. If you decide to shoot for Centurion we definitely encourage you to tighten up this area. Reference photo Your waist belt is a little droopy on the left side, not bad. It should be roughly 1/4"-1/2" higher. Take a look at the provided reference photo. Reference photo Drop the forearms to eliminate the larger gap at the wrist. It's suggested you give yourself a 1/2 or so gap between the bicep and forearm to help reduce the gap at your wrist. This will also increase the freedom of movement at your elbow. Reference photo Se we noticed the thigh cover strip is a little low on the left thigh. It should stop right around the top of the return edge like shown in the reference photo. Reference photo And lastly, it's hard to tell in this photo but we wonted to confirm the thigh ammo pack rivet is indeed painted. Centurion Suggestions: In this section we prepare you for your Centurion application if you choose to apply. If there were any areas of concern they would be discussed here. We have a couple area that will need to be addressed before applying for Centurion. Kidney to Ab gap. At Centurion there is little to no gap between the two sections as stated in the CRL. On both sides you'll need to tighten or shorten the strapping to remove the gap. Tightening the gap on the left side will also help eliminate the shifting (out of alignment) between the two sections. Reference photo That's it, great job. Hope to see you at Centurion.
  17. Hey Kai welcome and thank you for your EIB application. Let's take a look. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: Beautiful job on your armor . As mentioned by your fellow trooper looks like you've been hard at work for the Empire, excellent job! It appears all the required submission photos have been posted. Andrew and myself are pleased to announce you armor displays all the necessary components to qualify you for Expert Infantry. Congratulations Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: Since this is not your first rodeo you know as we get to the higher levels of accuracy we look a little deeper. In this section we'll review observations made by either your fellow troopers or Andrew and myself. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections. To be honest we almost this is a very clean build, the suggestions are very minor but worth mentioning none the less. Back plate to kidney gap. Not a huge deal but as you know there should be little to no gap here. Tightening the straps should resolve the issue. Centurion Suggestions: In this section we prepare you for Centurion. If we had further suggestions or requirements to specify in preparation for your Centurion application we would mention it here. Good news, we only have one minor area to talk about, drop box alignment. As you probably know the drop boxes are be aligned with the outer edge of the ammo belt. Something worth mentioning. That's it. Excellent job on your build . See you at Centurion.
  18. No worries Henry, we know you've worked hard on this and we appreciate it.
  19. Troopers Helping Troopers also includes patience with others
  20. Hey Charlie do you have a photo of the new belt assembly?
