TK-61276 Requesting [ANH-Stunt] EIB Status [TM] [778]
ukswrath replied to T-Jay's topic in Request Expert Infantry Status
Glad to have you at EIB and then hopefully Centurion. Regarding the TD, it's not a deal breaker, we're always looking to make things a little better. That said how it looks is ultimately up to you and it certainly won't prevent you from earning a Centurion badge. -
You can troop with us almost any time, just contact one of our staff to coordinate events. Golden Gate Garrison

TK-61276 Requesting [ANH-Stunt] EIB Status [TM] [778]

Hey Tino thank you for your EIB application brother and thank you for updating your blaster photo. Now let's have a look. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All submission photos have been posted. Excellent job on your TM build . We're loving the lite weathering also, obviously you've already been hard at work serving the Empire. That being said Andrew and I are very please to say your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for Expert Infantry. Congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. We have nothing to add here. Centurion Suggestions: Because Centurion photos show much more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Centurion might be seen there and not here. We try to point out all we can from what is seen but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. The only area in question at this time is the position of the Thermal Detonator clips. According to the CRL they should be butted against the end caps or very close. Reference photo That's it, congrats again and hope to see you at Centurion. -
Totally agree, not sure. Fundraising is a huge deal in our garrison. We have roughly 30+ events a month. To a lot of people fundraising is the true reason for our existence. Though I personally believe fundraising for those less fortunate should be at the top of every humans to do list I'm not that hard core when it comes to trooping for the cause. I give in other ways. People are funny, why they believe you should think like them is sometimes overwhelming.

Glad you mention all the above, especially in RED. I get flack from some in my garrison because I don't troop enough, which equates to 1/2 dozen a year if not more. I reply "You make dreams come true your way and I'll do it mine".

Added another forgot one, this may go on for a while lol

It may be a while, I have much more I just don't feel it's proper to include them lol. The above are built or rebuilt from the ground up, those I'll claim, for the rest I assisted in hands on or other, na!

Hey Frank like the staff tells everyone else, whatever level you choose to shoot for emulate that CRL. Despite what others may say it's still the legion standard. Not everyone agrees with it but it is what it is until changes are made. It's not a requirement to apply for EIB or Centurion either, but if you do it's pretty simple to follow. If you want to alter your armor afterwards it's your armor, it won't change your rank. Have further questions feel free to ask.

Hey Jeff, welcome and thank you for your EIB application. Let's take a look CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All submission photos have been posted. Your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for Expert Infantry. Congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. We have a couple minor suggestions to mention here. As mentioned by Daniel the gaps between arm armor section could stand to be tightened up a bit to even out things. We're suggesting maybe dropping the biceps 1/2"+ and reduce the gap between the biceps and forearms to 1/2". Reference photo Not sure what this is on the chest plate, extra return edge maybe. If it's return edge we're suggesting it be trimmed back. Also, the return edge appears to be considerably thick in a few areas. Return edge give the illusion of thickness but is not required in most areas. Regarding the chest plate we're suggesting you remove some as so long as it doesn't effect the bracket screw mount integrity. Reference photo Next up Back and Kidney plate gap. The back should rest atop of the kidney with minimal gap between the two. Simple strapping adjustment should resolve this. Reference photo Nice work on the Ab button paint, we only have one suggestion here and that's to trim the vertical button plat a bit. The edges should reside inside the raised area beneath it, as seen in the reference photo. Reference photo Finally the TD screws should be painted black. Easy fix here Also, your clip edges near the control panel are flared away from the tube and possible in danger of getting snagged on something. We're suggesting you maybe bend them closer. Reference photo Centurion Suggestions: Because Centurion photos show much more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Centurion might be seen there and not here. We try to point out all we can from what is seen but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. From what we can see, the only item that stands out is your drop box positioning. They should be aligned with the outer most edge of the ammo belt and just below it with little to no gap. Gluing the drop box strap to the cloth belt should help keep them in place. Also, though not a CRL requirement the drop box thickness should be roughly 10-12mm. For level three certification (if applicable): Drop boxes are vertically aligned with the end of the ammo belt with minimal gap between belt and box. Reference photo Blaster, as you are already aware is not accepted at Centurion if you choose to apply. That's trooper, congratulations on a great build . We hope to see you at Centurion.

Alright Glen, our first "The First Order" costume EIB application. Let's rock this! CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All required submission photos have been posted, very nice work as always sir . Andrew and I are very please to announce your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for Expert Infantry, Congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. Its not too often we get the opportunity to review a Detachment staff members armor and so Andrew and myself hammered out this review together. As you know staff members may receive a bit more scrutiny as we believe in leading by example. Also, as staff we should look the best we possibly can so, again great work on your build . With the TFA's now applying for EIB and above we hope this gives the remainder of our membership the inspiration to do the same. With that, we have nothing more to add here. Centurion Suggestions: Because Centurion photos show much more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Centurion might be seen there and not here. We try to point out all we can from what is seen but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. Hope to see you L3

Thank you -
Most, if not all the systems have their positives and negatives, you just have research and decide what you like best.

In addition to the audio system I sell I also use a RomFX, unfortunately he's no longer making them. Whatever stock he has remaining is all that is left.
