  1. To expand on what Joseph said the term "optional' is mainly for applicants that live in countries that do not allow weapons, even replicas. Since you already have a weapon that rule may not apply here.
  2. Sounds good, we'll be here when you're ready.
  3. Welcome to the party
  4. Sorry to hear Shelby, anything we can do to change your mind? 1.
  5. Hey Kenton sorry for the delay. Upon further inspection you'll need to make the following modifications to your blaster before we can move forward. For level two certification (if applicable): If using the Hasbro E11 toy blaster, it is modified to have the correct number of T-tracks (6 total), with a lower row of open vent holes on the magazine housing side. This is accomplished by covering the pre-existing rows of holes with T-tracks, then grinding off the lower integrated T-track on the magazine housing side, and drilling a new row of holes in its place. 6. Almost there Bryce
  7. Anytime brother
  8. Hey Nate line 24 is perfectly acceptable.
  9. Adding to your comment Paul, I believe the ability to extract relatively accurate dimensions from a decent photo or scans with minor input is here. Technology has come along way just in the last 10 years. If you have the $ and hardware replicating is as easy as 1,2,3.
  10. Looking good Jim
  11. Awesome. You spray canning or car wrap?
  12. Hey Kenton welcome. Andrew or myself will be with you shortly. While you wait please remove the paint from snaps on the ab and posterior, and the cod rivet head. Please add photo helmet right and, 501st legion policy discourages aiming weapons at children, no matter how adorable . Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  13. Sorry for the delay. Before tearing apart the armor have you removed all the return edge in the areas effected? This will increase the gap. If yes then simply take a butter knife and slide it between the cover and armor at one end and slide it down separating the two. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  14. We have, thank you again for your support Germain.
  15. Actually the objective here was to establish true ownership of an idea possibly preventing an awkward situation in the future. Similar to when some support and defend your 3D blaster designs against those who seek to exploit your hard work. You're welcome btw
  16. Outstanding!
  17. Way ahead of you brother. Hey Tom thank you for the clarification. Those that have been with the FISD long enough know it's rare that the staff and accuracy buffs rarely take anything at face value. The reason the design was called into question is because of the unique characteristics of a couple components of the helmet that are extremely close in detail to LFL and Anovos licensed products. There's no harm in calling ANYONE's product into question. If there's nothing to hide then questions are answered, resolved and we all go our merry way. The end game here is honesty and credibility, not to mention never getting a C&D from the mouse patrol. Thanks to all who support the ongoing desire for accuracy and transparency.
  18. I thought the same. I've been told the final product won't be like this but it still raises questions. I personally have no issues with anyone at TDK but again I'm a bit apprehensive.
  19. Yep that's it Q
  20. Move your photos to imgur
  21. Got a photo we can have a look see?
