    Was the ANH hero armor painted white or just a white type of plastic? I know the helmets were white plastic. Thanks.

    To be more specific: 1. Are they the same color and Finnish for different movies? And the hero and hero promo? Maybe someone that has seen the helmets on display in real life could chime in. Picture can be so deceiving. Thanks.

    I thInk if the clips where moved out a little over the end caps it would give a better perspective to compare. Nice looking clips by the way.

    Now that is cool! One of my girls used to dress up like and Ewok and I would be decked out in the Biker Scout costume. Aaaaah the good old days... She's to tall to be an ewok now lol.

    THe 501st has grown so much and the armor available now is incredible! It's awsome to see a bunch of stormtroopers, 501st or not

    Awsome, troopers! I started with f/x armor, and a biker scout get up. Vader a few years ago. Been working on AP and TE2 for a few years now. I've been working on bobba fett for nearly 12 years lol.

    10+ years! I got my first set of F/X armor in 1999 and started hanging around the Midwest Garrison boards. I believe officialy joined the 501st in 2000.

    I always get sucked into these threads....... Very interesting from a poli/sci point of view. Anyway, I have a VT Hero helmet. It's marked #40. It's very light weight and has great detail. Recieved from VT very quickly. If it were stolen I would buy another.
