  2. I have a pair for of black boots I got from the UK for sale----------
  3. You may be able to get creative with a few strips of plastic, some bondo and paint to hold you over until you can replace them.
  4. Ahh cool picture. Thanks. Time to go trim some armor lol.
  5. After 12 hours of work im ready for a Mojito! Or 2 or 4
  6. TE2 left AP right TE2- TM- VT - AP the AP helmet is smaller than TE2 and the TM. the VT is the smallest.
  7. TE2 on left AP on right TE2 right AP left TE2 top AP bottom AP top TE2 bottom
  8. I tried the website but it does not show up on my iPhone. It uses flash player. I will check it out later. I'm too lazy to walk in the other room and get one the laptop lol. Joking . . . I will check it out. Thanks.
  9. Yeah I'm 6' 200ish lbs. I can barely squeeze into AP. I busted out the TE2 and trimmed the thighs today for test fit. Even with the back trimmed with wide as possable spacing TE2 is a tight fit, actually tighter than the AP by a hair. I will post pics. My first armor was FX I shimmed the back and it was snug but wearable. I'm really bummed. I don't mind shimming a little but I don't want to have huge cover strips or out of proportion joints behind the cover strips sticking out. I read TM and RT has bigger thighs. I guess I really need demintions too. An overall bigger armor is probably what I need for trooping. Dies RT make Paitable HDPE or just ABS?
  10. I'm looking for side by side pictures of the armor parts of TE2, TM, and RT-mod for size reference. I've seen the RT-mod vs AP pictures. AP is to small for me to comfortably troop in. I have owned FX and currently own AP an TE2. Thanks for any pictures.
  11. Don't cha just love being surrounded by all that stuff. It builds up so much suspense Looks like your ready!
  12. Gloss or no gloss on the screen used suits?
  13. Lookin good, but be carefull and don't cut your fingers off.
  14. Or perhaps some mirrored window tint placed on a clear flexible piece of plastic. You could probably pick up some scraps from a window tinting place.
  15. I have a similar helmet with the same 20th century fox scratched in the back. I wonder if that was a stamp? It looks identical. I got mine in the early 1980's out of the back of a Starlog magazine for $50 bucks. I saved up lawn mowing money all summer for it. It was shipped to me via greyhound bus. My dad had to take me to the station to pick it up. Now, back then I thought I was the cream if the crop with my helmet and Kenner Blaster LOL. Only my helmet didn't have lenses, it had little holes poked out throughout the eye area. I cut out the eye and put homemade lenses in it and still have it to this day. Allthough, I have added to my collection of helmets over the years. Not a bad find for a dallor. Oh and welcome to the FISD!
