    The chewy is cool! As a pumpkin carving alternative................. if you dremel off the outer layer of skin only, you can get really detailed pictures. The light will shine through where you've dremeled.

    In the promo hero pics it appears that the the drop down box's straps are black. I went through some movie stills and found some where Luke is in the cell block and the straps look black, but it could be shadow effect. Does any have some definitive screen caps you can email or post? Thank You.

    Not shure what you mean by shaving them down, but as far as the belt goes, i would use snaps. You may want to get a canvas belt in the future and this would make it easier to swap out the belts later.

    Do you have the correct size tip on the riviter? Just FYI, i think the screen used rivits were button type rivits not pop rivits. I could be mistaken, but i'm pretty sure. Some shoe repair stores have these.
