  1. Again, my bad guys. I was cleaning up the settings and got called away before I could complete the update. Thanks Mason for squaring this away!
  2. Errr...I was incorrect & Mason had the right of it. Please do make a copy on the EI side for consistancy.
  3. Actually if someone who is not EI goes for Centurion out of the gate, they get EI as well and can do both with one thread.
  4. Way to go Brian! I'll agree that the thighs could be tweaked, but that's a small detail on an otherwise fantastic job. First staff to go Centurion too - wonder who the next will be...
  5. Get a new bucket and we'll figure out a way to get Magma EI
  6. IIRC drop boxes may be white for CRL, but will need to be grey for EI & Centurion.
  7. Thanks everyone! For my birthday I treated myself to two helmets (well, paid for in advance), one from Pandatrooper (ANH Stunt) and one from Mike Appling (ESB). Will post pix as soon as I get good light.
  8. Thanks Mario! I'd go in for one of Jes Gestang just to make sure the detachment has one for research purposes, though I'd sell it once that was done (I don't collect figures really).
  9. Looking much better IMHO
  10. You can do the same ones - just with the extra shots.
  11. Looking great Laurent! You are the first film canon EI from France and are *this* close to being the first Centurion in France too. The submission pictures are superb as well. You do the FISD pround
  12. Just a quick shout to Giovanni that those boots are amazing. I now know where to go when I need clone shoes Liz - any idea whe the figure comes out?
  13. I think greys are fine - I was just curious was all. For the font - I forget the exact one - it should be the branding repository that you have access to.
  14. I'd suggest all - we have standard fonts for FISD. I'd make the URL smaller and maybe put it on a sleeve, along with the stepping out trooper logo. For the words First Imperial etc. you can choose to use a different font, but it should be readable. Are you going thinking of doing just gray tones?
  15. Great concept! For myself I'd prefer a few tweaks - e.g. the motto is Unquestioned Loyalty. A bit of font tweaking too and I'd be willing to approve it as official.
  16. You look fantastic and I wish I looked this good in my armor. Centurion here you come
  17. The reality is that this is the skin we're moving to. We just need to get the header logo re-estblished and the red swapped out to blue. Will we make a lighter version? Yes, as phase II but we still need to get phase I to done. The old skin cannot be fixed and has too many choding issues to overcome, alas.
  18. Looks really good! Will be great to have a US based Centurion finally. What say you on the tears/traps?
  19. Or, wait until the prices come down
  20. I was able to rock ATA/TE2 at 6' 180lbs and even had to trim the sides. However I did have to replace the shins with RT ones as the TE2's just don't quite fit me. Regardless of make, you'll find you have large gaps of black around the knees - even using AM the parts really aren't taller, and until someone sculpts shins/thighs with an extra 1 to 1-1/2" in length it will be the bane of the taller trooper. IOW, up to you!
  21. OK, I figured out what the problem was. When I installed the skin I had a space in the path for the images. IE7 works fine for this, the newer browsers do not. Looks correct now in IE8 and FF3.6 - bet it does in Chrome too
  22. I think there is a disconnect here John. Many realize that the UKG is on the higher end in terms of standards for stormtroopers Legion wide and also for events (you don't have non-canon events for instance). However the reality is that in many parts of the US at least things are more relaxed. And if feedback it any guide, the constant haranging of other members just causes a backlash and people digging in their heels. I'd suggest that anyone wanting to make a change for stormtrooper accuracy outside thier own garrison that they do so via positive example, not negative criticism.
  23. That's pretty biased. I can assure you there are a *lot* of us MSFT developers who use IE regularly, and there are times when it's FF that has the bugs and can be a real pain to have work right. Regardless - in the end it has to work right on at least IE8/9, FF3.6, FF4, and Chrome. I'm open to help on this - it's been a loong time since I had to do cross-browser work.
  24. I think at this point you guys are agreeing to disagree. Darthfoster's Hasbro conversion is superb and just as good as some of the scratch built pipe blasters out there.
