I know someone has a nice fan kit Some other builds/info https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/27694-fans-and-batteries/ https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31821-help-for-installing-fan-in-helmet/

Depends where you have your elastic/snaps placed behind and how tight, you should have some on the sides close to the end of the kidney/butt plate You can also add some tabs behind to help stop it butt plate pushing outwards

ANOVOS (DENUO NOVO) FOTK Armor Delivery Possibility

Yes you could as well as other methods, it's just not as accurate as it could be for a kit that is Darn near perfection -
ANOVOS (DENUO NOVO) FOTK Armor Delivery Possibility
gmrhodes13 replied to JonnieBear's topic in TFA Stormtrooper
Well not now anyway, I know A LOT of members who pulled out and many signed up for these pre order kits before Anovos even started advertising, hence Anovos reaching out to anyone who had shown interest in the kits, looks like they'll have a few left over. Agreed but Anovos kept insisting "these kits will not require paint" well true if you don't want them 501st approved, seems strange they don't think about 501st approval when some of there team are ex 501st members, which brings me to when I read the Anovos Adventures in Thermoforming page yesterday I could have sworn it mentioned the team had been cosplayers and members of the 501st, when I went back today it looks like that has been removed Since they aimed their Alpha and Beta kits at 501st members you'd think they would think about 501st approvability with the new kits but seems not. Also appears the forearms are going to need some work and paint too. -
Very nice work, well done

You'll notice on Luke he has a small gap, I would trim a little off. Just remember it's easy to trim more off later than try to add it back -

Really depends how they are sitting once on, ideally the front should have 1 large and 4-5 small ridges attached. A nice thread full of detail pics can be found here -
You could try contacting legion web master and ask for it to be manually updated, Cari via email: [email protected]

ANOVOS (DENUO NOVO) FOTK Armor Delivery Possibility
gmrhodes13 replied to JonnieBear's topic in TFA Stormtrooper
I've asked in multiple emails and kept getting the same answer to how the yoke/back join method differs from the Alpha/Beta kits, "these kits will not need painting" well no they wouldn't if you just put them together how you made them but if put together correctly they will need gluing, filling and paint. Also looks like the same will have to be modified on the sides of the ab section which should also be seamless CRL: Abdomen Section The abdomen section must wrap around the wearer's body without a visible seam. -
My pleasure, better images below: Also a good go to guide on elastic sizes https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/26477-what-we-know-about-strapping-snaps-rivets-etc/

No real issues with either, I've not had them stretch as yet and I used 1". If you want to be a little more accurate you can go 2 inch

My first complette TK armor kit build (ESB TK RS-Props)
gmrhodes13 replied to GIZA87's topic in ESB Build Threads
Very nice work, good luck with approval. Does look like you could pull your forearms up a little, they are quite close to your hand plates and you do have a large gap at the elbows. With the butt plate sticking outwards you could try adding a piece of bent ABS behind, if you glue it to the butt section then the other side sits against the kidney and stops the butt pushing out. Once again good luck -
Looking good

I would advise waiting to trim your sides until you have your front and back strapping fitted, I do have some gap between the back and front of my armor but it hangs nicely on me once it's all strapped. I would also not trim the sides at an angle, you can see on your side photos that the back is pulled in on the top which angles the whole back armor but this will/may change once you have the front ab/chest and back/kidney/but areas all joined, the cod/butt strapping will also pull the bottoms together. Also when ever possible wear your undersuit as this can make a difference to sizing -
No exact measurement, I started at the front between the 2nd and 3rd teeth, keep a straight line when masking up and over the top, you can see the gap between the clip and painted line on top of the helmet is wider than the actual clip, then just continue to follow in a straight line directly down the back. A few references for you Also don't miss the small extended painted section on the side.

You may also need to provide a close up of the D ring on the blaster OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Folding stock (does not need to function). A real or replica ammo counter - based off of a Hengstler counter - shall be present. D-ring mounted on the rear.
