As long as you give detailed measurements you should be ok, occasionally I've seen a few having to adjust strapping but most seem happy with their purchases.

Velcro can be tough but can occasionally come apart if knocked or rubbed against, I would suggest the bolted method would work better. Very easy to get dry spots and runs on one item, trying to get a consistent coat all over a model with curves and dips is very difficult, just try to remember when applying coats exactly how far away you are with the spray can and how areas can build up if recessed or curved.

I have had some luck but it's a case of either going to an auto paint supplier and having a color match made in spray paint OR like I do eye match the paint yourself, helps having a small air compressor, it is time consuming but can be done. Although I was lucky and found a matching base white that goes with my Anovos FOTK helmet perfectly, you may be able to find a paint that matches well but it will be a case of trial and error. You can also match the shine with compound polish, you can even dull down depending on how much shine your armor has. Again it can be a lot of work but depends why and what you have to fix.

Nice work, looks like your inside of the thigh ammo strip is positioned too high on the ridge, looks twisted from the rear, should be riveted in the top corners on both sides.

Helmet looks great although I agree it looks a little large, be interesting to see it on the armor for size.

Looking a 100 times better than earlier issues. I find using a polish/cutting compound can be just enough to remove overspray without affecting the paint underneath. For snaps I use vinyl strapping, I find there is less chance of the snaps pulling through, you can also use a soldering iron to make the holes, these seals the hole which also helps to prevent the snaps pulling through. Yes it is blank and you have to click on the slideshow box on the right of the page then they will load, then select to slow, can then right click and save each image as they are sliding along. FYI that was on computer not mobile

Looks like your ears are pretty thick still and could be trimmed a little more to close the gaps. Tutorial here https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/29238-my-helmet-ear-tutorial/ Adding a notch to the top section of the ear can help too, as you have the back covering the front you will have a step so if you notch this and trim the front a little more it will sit closer. hat's right!!! It's curved. Keep this in mind when trimming the round portion. This here is another area to consider if you want that super close fit. There are halves that overlap each other. If you want to, you can notch this out once you have decided the final resting spot for your ear. This is exaggerated, but it just shows what I mean. Bottom ear screw looks a little high

It's such a shame, I have heard they can be a little hit and miss although I have purchased several kits over the years without issue. I would try to contact them again, you never know you may have luck.

You may very well be able to install the S trim and the ears will sit on top of it, covering any gap or misalignment

Not generally for a specific style/look of Stormtrooper, majority of the public don't know any difference, but a specific style/look can requested occasionally by LFL/Disney request for a specific event (but those are pretty rare)
