501st Legion 2024/2025 Census has begun, it is the responsibility of all 501st approved members to fill out the census each year which you can find here (to enter use your legion forum login and password) You must be registered on the main forums to participate in the census:here Here's what the charter says about activity definitions: Operations Protocol/Membership An Active Member is defined as a member in good standing who meets the following requirements: Meets all 501st Membership Requirements (i.e. ownership of an approved costume, is over 18 years of age, etc). Has an approved membership record in the 501st Legion Membership Database Maintains active contact with their Garrison CO or GML. Active contact and participation will be confirmed during the annual Legion Census held each year during the month of October. Maintains contact information/membership record in the 501st Legion database either through their Garrison CO or GML. Participates in at least one Garrison or Legion activity per year while wearing an approved 501st costume owned by said member as recorded in the Legion Census. (One year is defined as the period from Legion Census to Legion Census). Examples of an activity include, but are not limited to conventions, charity events, or any activity designated as an official event by a coordinating administrative unit of the Legion. Members who serve in military branches are exempt from activity level requirements if their service renders them unable to meet these requirements. These Minimum Activity Level Requirements should be administered as justly and with as much common sense as possible. A member may retain active status, even if they do not meet all of the requirements listed above at the discretion of their unit Commanding Officer or Legion Command. Filling out the census only takes a few minutes and you also have the opportunity to update your contact information ie: address, email, phone and so on. THE LAST EVENT TROOPED is the most important piece of data. Because our trooping year was cut short due to Corona-virus, Legion Command has recommended membership status changes are left to the discretion of the Unit Commander so please check in with your local command prior to filling out your census. Any questions you have in regards to the census please contact either your GCO (garrison commanding officer) or your GML (garrison membership liaison) Census form layout With the last forum update the viewable area of the census may not be full page, as such change your page magnification to 75% and you should be able to see the whole page. Note: make sure you tick the box "Is the above information correct?" please tick YES Census guides in PDF https://www.501st.com/members/501st-Census-FAQ.pdf & https://www.501st.com/forum/download/file.php?id=18773 If you have any problems with the logging in please contact the LWM team here: [email protected] So stand up and be counted troopers, you have until 31st October 11.59pm

Very nice, just takes it up a level I didn't add any weathering to the T-track or handle on mine, much like the E-11 they should be black plastic

TheSwede’s Night Trooper build.
gmrhodes13 replied to TheSwede's topic in Night Trooper Build Threads
Loving it, can't wait to see it done -
Nice work troop, a couple of minor things. Shoulder straps don't appear to be sitting on the backplate Also Detonator could come down a little Not sure what your helmet padding is like, if thick you may be able to reduce the size and drop the helmet at the back (or lift your head when taking back photos ) Holster for Hero needs to have 4 attachment points Holster Holster is made of black leather or leather-like material. The holster is worn on left side of belt and is attached via two leather or leather-like material straps to the belt from behind instead of front. No loops cover the outside of the belt. The holster is affixed with four fasteners, two on the top, two on the bottom (two per strap). Fasteners may be rivets, snaps, or Chicago screws. Hero Holsters, the following are what are seen on Han and Luke, E-11 style with the 4 rivet attachment, although slightly different Approximate guide I don't see much apart from the belt attachment which will hold you up for base GML approval. For higher levels just watch levels of armor pieces so them match. You would need to fill your ab side seams, not a difficult task just time consuming if using ABS paste Making ABS Paste by kman (Print PDF) Resize Armor with ABS Scaps & Paste by Harbinger (Print PDF) Good luck on approval

No that's your forum profile, not membership, it's this one https://www.501st.com/members/displaymemberdetails.php?userID=45080 posted in the 501st TK access thread. You also need to read the links I've posted above for a "complete" EIB application. -

gmrhodes13 replied to fletcher's topic in Request Expert Infantry Status
Link is incorrect you need a copy of your legion membership profile (same as posted in 501st access Really need your photos taken inside with a blank contrasting background You need A LOT more photos and information for your submission, please read these threads Mandatory Information: PHOTO GUIDELINES ___ Armor Maker Photo size- At least 800 X 600 (preferably 1280 X 960) ___ Helmet Maker Good lighting ___ Blaster Maker A neutral (solid) background color is suggested, more info in this thread ___ Permission photos social media: Yes ___ Approved TK costume link: -
It's a bit difficult to go on and off forum to look at photos elsewhere then coming back to post comments. Many use a free online image host Imgur to upload their images then copy the links over, how to here How to stop shins rotating - I prefer using elastic so it has some give when stretching the legs, snaps for the connections.

File Name: Imperial Security Bureau (ISB) Sign Designer: MandaloreTheWise Last Update: 24/09/2025 File/Link: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1820728-imperial-security-bureau-isb-sign?from=search#profileId-1943440 Description: Here's a sign that I made based on the ISB logo. The aurebesh on the bottom reads Imperial Security Bureau. This sign is perfect for doors or just general wall art to show your allegiance to the Empire. AMS is recommended but it is still possible to print without one. Images:

Nice work trooper, a few adjustments could really make you stand out. Ultimately it is your GML (garrison membership liaison) that looks after base approval. Firstly your photos are very small in resolution so hard to blow up to see any details, currently height is 640 pixels preferably 1280 X 960 Ears are a little large Shoulder bells could come in more at the top Belt is on an angle and could come up a little The top of the ABS belt shall sit at or just above the bottom of the central and vertical ab button panels. A slight overlap is suggested, but not required. You may want to tighten the strapping between the chest and abdomen, there is a small gap Should straps sticking up on rear Small gap in between the tops of your rear calf's. Cover strips appear a little large Detonator is not central, you may also want to check the gaps between end plates and control panel Looks like your right boot may be coming out of the shin on the rear. Adding elastic to the inside of the boot and shin can hold them down when moving and stretching (or velcro) You could add some side shims to close the gap between the abdomen and kidney For Level 3, ideally there is no gap between the abdomen and kidney armor. Be aware that although not specifically listed in the CRL, this is a requirement for Centurion. Please also note how the tops of the ab/kidney connection are level. There doesn't appear to be much gap between your holster straps and belt A blaster is not required for base approval but needs to be present for EIB and Centurion. Some larger photos will be needed to see some other details.

You may have better luck over at the clonetrooper forum. Personally I would look at a spring and ball bearing system, something like this, albeit just a ball bearing and spring will work, with two impressions in the base of the ears. There are other systems out there with servos and cogs A spacer with L trimmed out Lots of kits out there also for electronics https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/778733207/boba-fett-mandalorian-rangefinder-servo?ls=s&ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=servo+range+finder&ref=sr_gallery-1-1&sts=1&content_source=bc9ac7a5-97a4-4824-92a6-634486b7e5e2%3A3d1b7cfcdf6a093845f63c67e67df016755fe81e&organic_search_click=1&logging_key=bc9ac7a5-97a4-4824-92a6-634486b7e5e2%3A3d1b7cfcdf6a093845f63c67e67df016755fe81e

PRAETORIAN BLASTERS - RUBBER BLASTER ESB E-11 BUILD
gmrhodes13 replied to postmortem01's topic in ESB Stormtrooper
E-11 Blaster (ESB) Based on a real or replica Sterling sub-machine gun, scratch-built, or a modified commercial toy Stormtrooper blaster. OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Folding stock (does not need to function). No ammo counter shall be present. D-ring mounted on the rear. Sterling based blasters have the correct M-38 or M-19 style scope. The M-19 scope is preferred. No power cylinders on the magazine housing. Scratch-built, resin cast, Hyperfirm rubber cast blasters shall have a total of 6 T-tracks on blaster (leaving the lowest row on the magazine housing side uncovered). If using the Hasbro E11 toy blaster, it is modified to have the correct number of T-tracks (6 total), with a lower row of open vent holes on the magazine housing side. This is accomplished by covering the pre-existing rows of holes with T-tracks, then grinding off the lower integrated T-track on the magazine housing side, and drilling a new row of holes in its place. 3D printed blasters can not contain visible print lines and must be sanded smooth for a more realistic appearance. OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable): Hasbro blasters are not allowed, even conversions. T-tracks and grip shall be black with no solver/metallic weathering allowed. --- https://databank.501st.com/databank/File:TK_esb_blaster2.jpeg E-11 Blaster (promo) Based on a real or replica Sterling sub-machine gun, scratch-built, or a modified commercial toy Stormtrooper blaster. Also fill in the Legion membership application. 501st Legion Links: 501st Legion - Member Application 501st Legion - Available IDs 501st Legion - Garrison/Outpost World Map -
You are only allowed to have so much attachment space, we have thousands of members on the forum and the data storage would be phenomenal if we allowed everyone to post whatever they wanted. If you can get access to a PC/Laptop Imgur is great and is simple to use, no idea why they changed their mobile system Here are other image hosts. Your images are way too small only 240 x 320 pixels so they can't be enlarged to show any details, you may need to upload larger.
