  1. Such a great looking weapon. I love the pics, but not the price!
  2. Looking good trooper! My only comment would be to lower your biceps a tad bit. It helps if you attach some elastic to the bicep and the forearm parts. That helps keep the spacing in order. Great job!
  3. Congrats Ingrid...you rock!
  4. Unfortunately, I get this too and it's caused by an inability to find the off-switch in my head. Way too many thoughts, you must be a Scorpio too?! Seriously, I tried Melatonin a few years ago and it works pretty well. This is a natural hormone released by our brains. Try a 5mg sublingual tablet, goes under the tongue, about 15-20 minutes before you want to go to sleep. Make sure you turn the lights down low, and that also helps too.
  5. Let's see...I was able to post your pic link with no problems. Not sure what's up.
  6. Helmet is looking good man. I would prime that puppy before painting it gloss white. As for posting pics, once you have uploaded them to Photobucket, just hit the little img button (^ above ^) and copy the "direct link" image URL from Photobucket. You can post your pics into your WIP topic. Like this:
  7. No problem man, we're all here to help. The last thing you want is to end up with a "Popeye" forearm look. I would try and trim a little off the forearms first and see if your cover strips will work.
  8. Hey...it's a WIP, right?! Not too bad. Aside from the helmet replacement, I would play around with the fitting a bit (like lower your biceps some). Ground up: boots are cool, adjust your ammo belt some, def fix your belt and paint the Ab buttons, better hand guards, and maybe a new TD control pad. Also, consider the size of the forearms, they look a little big.
  9. The best DLT-19 is a Hyperfirm from Lewis @ Sci-fire...imo. Check out this post --> http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=20329
  10. IE = Internet Exploder.
  11. IMO...helmets were reused quite a bit in the movie. Who knows...these guys could have been TK-420/421 who were outside the Falcon and who had their suits stolen by Han and Luke.
  12. I have a large Blue Healer and he does not like a "hidden" face. Typically, if they cannot see your eyes, it's hard for them to read you or figure out friend from foe. Mine will just sit there looking at me funny, but knows it's me. I've been to a few events where dogs got a bit anxious. All dogs are different...
  13. I'm a Firefox guy myself...has looked fine all day.
  14. Or Totally Kool!
  15. Avoid it...move along, move along.
  16. Wish I could meet you and the many, many cool Troopers I have met here. But alas, I cannot make it this go 'round.
  17. This is a good post for ya: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=18606
  18. I always make sure my handler keeps an eye on the little ones. They do tend to be a bit grabby on the weaponry. Although, I'm usually holding my weapon. I live in Texas and I guess we do not have as many issues with SW blasters in public. I've even had the Police come up and check out my blasters. They dig it and are amazed at the weight (of a Hyperfirm) and how detailed they can be.
  19. Congrats! Great job trooper!
  20. Ha...that's sort of funny, sorry man. I don't see it either...could you post the link you are clicking? I agree with Karin, sounds like your PC has a bugger.
  21. Not too bad overall. I have around 4 E-11 blasters, some Hasbro mods, a Hyperfirm, and a resin cast like this one. You could always pick up the additional parts on the forum. My resin cast does not have the counter or cells, but it still looks cool. If you like weapons, you can never have too many and who wants them to all be the same?!
  22. Congrats trooper!
  23. Well, it's untrimmed or not ready to wear. So you'll need to be prepared for that part. It's sort of like building a model airplane/car kit...only lifesize. You'll need to trim the kit to fit your body and build, then assemble the parts based on your size.
  24. ...and are willing to roll the dice.
