  3. Whatever it is, you have done a great job Rob. Looking really good. Joe
  4. Not a DA, the eyes need trimming out more too! Joe
  5. For years I have been wanting to 3 ultra accurate helmets, an HDPE weathered, chipped, crappy ANH and ESB helmets and a yellowed ROTJ helmet. My ROTJ helmets will be the most screen accurate to date. I just need a super accurate HDPE ANH pull. Does anyone plan to offer one? In my opinion the HDPE TE is not nearly accurate enough. TM or TE2 I would love you to do this. What do people think? Joe
  6. Here is a cool shot from the RPF: Check out the bendy armour, makes me want to see the new TM Flexible Armour. Joe

    Ella's Memory

Hey fellow troopers My best friend and his wife tragically lost their baby girl Ella at 37 weeks, my own son Ollie was born on Ella's due date on the 19th December 2009, it has been a bitter-sweet time for us as best friends. They have started a charitable organisation called Ella's Memory. The organisation aims to help parents of still-born children. The primary aim is to re-fit the hospital suites across the UK where parents go to deliver still-born children. A secondary aim is to provide memory boxes and keepsake equipment for parents to capture memories in the first few hours as babies sadly deteriorate very rapidly. My friend would very much appreciate anyone joining the Facebook group 'Ella's Memory' and helping to spread the word and help this worthy cause. I will be walking 65 miles in a few months to raise funds and I am hoping to get the UKG down to Cornwall (UK) at some point to help raise some funds and awareness. If anyone has any stories or similar experiences to share I am sure he would be delighted to hear from you via Facebook. Joe R
  10. No offence to Chris, he is one of the good guys and a stand up bloke all round. I just think TE has been a naughty boy yet again. Joe
  11. I was negotiating to buy these from Chris but a friend has just warned me off. If TE sold his JEDI moulds to GINO 10 plus years ago then where did these come from? Why is the cap/back all wrong? I have been told this morning that these are recast from one of TE's own suits and that TE is about to do yet another run of these. Caveat emptor fellas especially when doing anything that involves TE. Perhaps GINO will clarify if these are the same as his moulds from the pictures... From my point of view the helmet moulds look nothing like either of my moulds from original JEDI helmets that I have seen in person. Joe
  12. Refund Rolf, simple. He wants his money back. I would be willing to bet that Dan has withdrawn Rolf's money and spent it on whatever, maybe living expenses. This is a dangerous way to behave. This is a warning to anyone considering buying from Dan. There are numerous emails that can be posted here for all to see the excuses being dished out. If you were the 'best' you would only take money when the product was ready to ship. TO ALL NEWBIES OR POTENTIAL PURCHASERS LET THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES - TAKE TM AS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A VENDOR SHOULD BEHAVE. CAVEAT EMPTOR Joe
  13. My project aside, I was thinking more of ANH or ESB helmets...
  14. With the cost of the lastest ROTJ Stormtrooper Helmet at approx $85,000 and an ANH/ESB one potentially even more do you think we will see any new cast from original helmets? I can't imagine anyone who would shell out $85,000 and then take apart and take casts from flimsy plastic in the name of replicas. Has the cast from original era come to an end? The hobby has changed so much in the last few years, the price of originals is silly at present. I think the same would be true for Vader helmets. Joe
  15. Looks really sweet A. I say weather it, the originals had glue streaks all over them and were pretty crappy! Joe
  16. It is a real promo helmet. I made an offer on an identical one a few years back. Not screen used, and I am not sure how it relates to th eoriginal helmets if at all but it is a promo helmet. Joe
  17. It's fake, caveat emptor......
  18. I have sold a lot of RT-Mod kits in the past. This looks too soft and as mentioned the ears are not right. I would say RT-Mod recast, with weird ears! Joe
  19. lol Joe
  20. Here is the 'kink'on a JEDI helmet T. Joe
  21. Bump
  22. That is freaking sick fellas. TM what the f***, the helmet is perdy! And Rolfe, what a build. Joe
  23. It was Paul. I thought that the ESB2 and JEDI both had black gloss, but I could be wrong!!1
  24. Sorry T didn't mean to sound like a doush! Just meant some of this is useful. I would never question you boss! Joe
