The guy is Andy and he is a very good friend of mine and a top guy. The ROTJ helmet is one of mine and cast from an original ROTJ helmet. Joe

What about CAP West? He does awesome suits and super sharp helmets. He is a good alternative and superb customer service. Joe

Arnold TM has done a huge amount of research into his armour, that combined with the fact that ALL the other replica suits are based on a ROTJ set of armour make his suit more accurate than any other out there for ANH or ESB.

Keep it, the TM is the most accurate ANH helmet by a mile! Woudl love to see more pictures of your build. Joe

I'll echo what was said above, for the hassle I would just buy a different cap, Scootch or ATA could sort you a bumpy cap.... Joe

I am not arguing anymore on line Terrell that's why, I am not starting more fights.... I have owned two original ROTJ helmets and Mark has the Cameron Oakley ROTJ Stormtrooper mold and the VSF is nothing like any ROTJ helmet in any way shape or form, regardless of being reworked the size doesn't match an original either.... I don't want to start an argument here as we have all argued enough BUT if the FISD is supporting Mike recasting CAP, then how do we have a problem with Vaj, PT or anyone else? Is it now based on who is friends with who? Can someone clarify for me? Maybe 2011 should be about putting all this BS behind us... Joe

There are various thicknesses of plastic that would do but 1mm is the way to go for accuracy. Also non-acrylic capped semi-gloss ABS like we are using for our ROTJ suits would be good as it doesn't need painting... Joe

I have lost 10 lbs now doing P90X. I am going into my fourth week. Following the eating plan and no booze has helped, but it is hard when my wife is eating mince pies and chocolate! I want to slim down for my movie accurate ROTJ Endor suit.
