  1. About 10-20 minutes. Give or take a few. Suiting down in mere minutes.
  2. When I was submitting my approval we were still using 4 digit numbers and they were getting to be slim pickings. I had chosen one number that was by badge ID number when I worked for Brinks but figured it was already taken and it was. The other number combinations were random ones I took off the list of ID's that were still available. And so I became TK 7639, that number has no other relevance to me other than being my Stormtrooper ID.
  3. I used decals just because painting scared the heck out of me. Not entirely sure I like how the decals look though so eventually I think I might try to paint.
  4. Already joined up. Working on getting some more recruits right now. Have a line on two that I'm assisting. Will hopefully have them in armor soon, or at least on a waiting list.
  5. Now that's the way to storm a beach.
  6. I glued mine, just so the little buggers would never move again.
  7. Have a look at some of the build threads. They are pretty helpful.
  8. I have ATA and love it. Been to a few troops with it and everything is working just fine. If I ever wanted another suit I'd probably go with TM though. Nothing against my ATA but I've only heard good things about TM as well. Plus I could save for a lot longer.
  9. 33 years old, Married with 2 kids. My daughter is 2 years and my son is 7 months. I'll encourage them to watch the movies when they get older. My daughter was Princess Leia this past Halloween. She chose it, after seeing her on tv when I was doing some research for my build.
  10. Or maybe he's a Stealth trooper........ Sneaky little buggers.
  11. So, are your ab section and kidney plate permanently together then?
  12. Is there supposed to be a picture here? I don't get it.
  13. I have an ATA kit, I'm 5'11" and 155pds. My waistline is 32 inches. My Kit fit me pretty well with minimal trimming in the chest and ab sections. I still have quite a bit of wiggle room in the torso area. I trimmed quite a bit off the thigh area. Hope this helps a little. Definitely nothing bad to say about ATA. Great customer service. Always answered my emails within a day. Might be a little waiting list though.

  15. Looks pretty cool. I plan to turn my ANH Stunt into a commander once it gets older and gets more scrapes and dings. Figure that'll make it look more realistic. Like I've been through some battles. I thought the commander colours were blue with a little different color scheme. What's this color scheme from?
  16. Looks pretty sweet. I would lower your biceps a little. Shouldn't affect your application though. Would just look better.
  17. This might be a good topic for a tutorial, for those of us who are computer illiterate.
  18. I heard that with the hero stormtrooper you never know if it's a rebel in disguise. Also the stunt suits were beat up, and the hero's were all nice and shiny. I wanted mine to look like I've been places and seen things. Plus I'm no dirty rebel. I refuse to play them in battlefront. Go Imperials! pew pew pew.... Perial.
  19. Very nice. Good luck, although I don't think you need it.
  20. I hear you about the lack of free time. I was hard core into World Of Tanks until my second kid came along. Now I only play sporadically.
