  1. Once I get my thighs on I rotate them a little so that they face outwards which gives me enough bend in my leg to reach to put my boots on.
  2. You can pry my TK from my cold dead hands. All joking aside I will still troop in my original TK but will look into a new armor set once they start making kits, which will eventually happen.
  3. My undersuit is from Eastbay. It's called a compression suit and the only logos are hidden by the armor. I got a separate top and bottom so bathroom breaks would be possible.
  4. Storming the Tantive IV. Teaching those rebels a lesson.
  5. I have an RT Mod helmet. I have no issue wearing glasses or having them fog up inside. I had an ATA helmet as well but couldn't fit the glasses in so i sold it.
  6. I use Novus on mine because while I don't mind the odd scuff here and there I like the shiny look as well. I've only had my armor for about 2 years though and there are more experienced troopers who I'm sure will add their 2 cents about what has worked for them over time.
  7. By the time your kids outgrow this kit my kids should be just about in the height range. Hmmmm, coincidence?? I think not.
  8. I have an RT-MOD helmet and actually took the fans out. Made it easier to hear what was going on around me. I did replace the lens in mine and left some small gaps so that air can escape a little so that probably helps. My armor is ATA and I can do stairs with little difficulty. I know other members have trouble with them. Like was mentioned above you may just need to adjust the fit a little. If I have my thighs too high even walking is a little cumbersome. Pictures would be very helpful.
  9. Think I'm going to have a seizure.
  10. Honestly the only person who will notice that will be you. Once everything is done all people will see will be a Stormtrooper walking towards them and they will want their picture taken with you.
  11. I recently bought a visor for my Mando helmet. Got a email that the item was shipped like next day. Always have had good communication.
  12. Very Nice. I like the helmets in the corner idea. Unfortunately my cats would probably just think of it as a challenge.
  13. Looks good. I cut a wire on mine when it was created. This makes me want to do another.
  14. The smell of E6000 brings back so many fond memories. ABS does smell good too though.
  15. Very good video. Especially liked when people though you were statues. That's always a good time.
  16. I had to sit for a photoshoot once. Popped every strap between the chest and the ab sections. I prefer my Empire bathrobe while lounging around. However I can't lounge too much with two little ones roaming.
  17. I trimmed everything first. Then started with the handplates and forearms and biceps and shoulders. Was told they were easier. If you get frustrated or overwhelmed just take a break. Can always go back to it later.
  18. I chose ANH stunt because it was the first Stormtroopers that I saw when I first watched the movies way back. They were the first troops coming through the door. Plus I have heard the comment with hero builds that you never know there might be a rebel inside the armor. I'm pro Imperial all the way. In the end it's all down to personal preference. After all it's your armor.
  19. I stand corrected then. My i got my helmet last year so he must have switched. Good to hear.
  20. The only thing I had to do with my RT MOD helmet to make it approved for ANH Stunt was to replace the lens. It comes with a smoke coloured lens and you need a dark green one as per the CRL's. After that small fix I went and got approved for Expert Infantry with no other changes. Really is a top quality helmet. I love mine. The wait will be worth it.
