  1. Fire team tshirt for me. Maybe we should wear our TK belts?
  2. I'll try to stop by. I technically don't have any plans.
  3. i wear long socks in case my shin rides up and shows a bit of leg.
  4. ill be there including the Disneyland outing
  5. Awesome story! After a few close calls the mrs. Makes sure I never leave the house without my coin.
  6. Hey found your thread!
  7. A little late but so far one of the best newsletters in a while. Great job!
  8. Right hand. But since I'm ESB and the holster is on the right it feels better. Unless it's a parade or a big pic then I think we tend to do left.
  9. were having issues over with the servers. Ever since the russian DDoS attack some of our members have problems accessing the forums with their IP.
  10. Riding star tours for the first time. Felt like I was in the actual star wars universe!
  11. I think it happens to most of us at one point or another. I had a Parking lot change and wasn't until a few days later that I couldn't find my neck seal or my thigh garter. Luckily I had a second neck seal that was a tad too big so I sewed some Velcro to make it more snug and I added snap plates to the ab plate and made some straps to the thighs.
  12. It depends on the situation and group dynamic. I personally don't dance, but that's cause I have two left feet.
  13. TM is what I hope to get once I retire the AP out to stud.
  14. Great progress! The kidney plate should have the bigger return on the top where the bak plate meets. The kidney and butt plate should be flush and only appear as a line but sometimes depending on how your let fits it might cover it. Judging from the pictures it appears that the "A" one is the correct one. The mic tips look about right. Keep us posted!
  15. Good to see another ESB trooper in the making. Keep us posted and Good luck!
  16. Thanks! Another great job!
  17. Thanks! Another great job!
  18. Hopefully this year well have a surge of Tks. EP!C style. Even though I'm finishing up my tie pilot, Saturday I'm still doing TK for Comic con this year. But I'm also feeling more comfortable movig on to other costumes knowing we have had a huge number of Tks joining in the past few months as opposed when sometimes it was only Ladyinwhite and myself at events.
  19. That is one beautiful lid. Good job! See ya on te fourth!
  20. 1. When you're dressed up for a movie midnight release, I assume everyone want pics with you, but you still sit there in your armor the whole length of the movie? Doesn't the edges on the butt plate 'dig in' after awhile, or do you take it off? The mos I can stand sitting in armor is 5 minutes. But from last time at the comic con episode IV: a fans hope, they actually waited for us to suit down and join us before they showed the movies needless to say we suited down ASAP and ran upstairs as soon as we sat down they started the film. 2. When at a mall or store event, where do you suit up, bathroom etc.? (since at a con its usually in back of the display, unseen) Mall wide they usually let you use the hallways or a room in the back to change. Con wise it's usually a parking lot change but at comikaze we managed to get together before going into the parking lot so that way we could park in the same area and change aka circling the wagons. 3. What is THE most common question you get asked? "Is it hot in there?" We have air conditioning system in our helmets. Followed by "what's your name?" TK 8616 4. Most embarrassing moment When I forgot my handplates at home and had troop in a parade itch no handplates >_<. I also drove from San Diego to la and back to get my blaster from tkbondsrvant in under 3 hours. Yes I spent 90 bucks in gas to get my blaster but was worth it.
  21. yikes
