  1. very nice Eugene! the blaster is fine, hasbro blasters have permanently attached cylinders, and the build is great.. just a few small things the side gaps need to be fit better to where there is no overlap the overlap is most noticeable from the rear you might need to apply heat or add additional strapping to close the gaps you can also trim the chest and the butt kidney a little to help align the seams for a better fit. and perhaps you can use foam to fill out the area a bit.. here is a good example to use as a reference for the ab kidney alignment also position the belt so the split is visible when wearing it normally... note the pic above and dont forget to add an action shot for you EI profile
  2. look through the sellers feedback pages.. another gold coin was sold back in 2009????? it sold for 41$
  3. re-welcome to the FISD!
  4. punchlist sent, i am sure when the new parts arrive it will be an easy pass keep up the good work trooper!!
  5. i used plumbers goop as gap fill for some parts on my ATA ---------- it can be a bit messy but it is very flexible and bonds well.. for non flex like forearms/biceps parts i used a 2 part epoxy to fill any large gaps
  6. go ROTJ!!!! i hope you are planning to go EIB out of the box. we could really use more ROTJ's in the ranks
  7. congrats Eric!!!
  8. like tom said.. small details like exact measurments will not effect your eib. you can always work on the small details as you find the time.. i am always "friggin with my stuff" to improve this or that.. i actually have to force myself to stop at times lol
  9. umm.. it looks great to me Rob after you add the power cylinders, wires and t-tracks you will be golden...
  10. got any pics? ... that would be a big help
  11. normally they are posted in your EIB submission thread, but you can send to me and i can make sure it gets done. [email protected]
  12. exelent!! that info will be a great help to folks on the other side of the pond
  13. it is great you are going for EIB out of the box. that is the way to go be sure to study the build threads and EI threads as well.. once you decide on the variant you wish to build focus on that particular CRL and EI requirements.. you can search for AP armor builds and EI threads using the quick search tags HERE and the crls and ei requierments are HERE and the type of strapping is really up to you as long as it holds the armor on correctly (no parts falling off) you will be fine..
  14. if you live in the us i recommend this for the edge trim http://greatlakesskipper.com/product/791_793-rub-rail-rub-rail-and-gunnel-molding/11770--barbour-plastics-white-18-inch-boat-u-molding-ft.html it looks fantastic and is very inexpensive.. and yes you need to eliminate the return edges.. and Sean i am really liking this :vader1: Your skills are complete. Indeed you are powerful, as the Emperor has foreseen.
  15. for the drop boxes.. i think if they were a smoky color slightly darker than the normal weathering.. it would be fine...
  16. good work!! the details are being nailed guys... i really like the ear markings.. it looks quite distinguishing
  17. this is why it helps to have several people look over the shots and give input.. it will help us come to a decision easily
  18. wow that was fast!!! and it looks great it looks to me on the screencaps that there is no vertical stripes on the bump parts... but it may just be how i am looking at it
  19. i always wanted to be jabba's slave girl
  20. looks great.. the only thing i see at first glance is the small gap at the bottom of the left thigh.. you should be able to glue a piece of scrap on the inside to hide it
  21. have a great one!!!
  22. colored drop boxes seem to be a common EU trait for TK variants the magma trooper also has black boxes as well (magma troopers do not appear in any game as far as i know)
  23. check for trim at boat supply shops as well. the trim is used widely on yachts and smaller marine vessels
  24. i pity the fool who don't vote for the T man! that has to be the best mr T look-alike i have seen but some of the girls on there seem to be dominating the contest (the ones wearing the least clothing) you may need to hit some other detachments for votes as well...
