He did some TLJ First Order Thermal Detonators for me in single-piece resin, with low-infill FDM for lightweight inner tubes, from the Jesse_M files on commission and they came out amazing. Nice job, If you're using E6000, just take care of the glue excess, You can try putting less or wait for 10-15 minutes and to remove the excess with a toothpick or some piece of ABS plastic. Once the glue cures, it will be hard to remove that excess

Just watch how much glue you apply, can be a tedious job removing it Also rough up both surfaces with some coarse sandpaper to help the glue grip to it.

That's fantastic news, Gary! Welcome! I see that you've already requested the proper forum access, so hopefully in the next couple of day's you'll have Stormtrooper status here on the forum. A great place to start to prepare for EI submission to to post up your basic approval photos for us to see, or even better--take the photos that you'll need to submit for EI so that we can evaluate all the pieces. You can post them here or even start start a build thread in the ANH section. We're looking forward to helping you along on this next step towards EI and hopefully Centurion after that!

Here’s some shots I took to verify the fitting and comfort of the biceps over a sweatshirt. The sweatshirt would be a little thicker than the undersuit, so that’s good to see they fit and were comfortable in flexed positions. Especially more so should I choose to wear thermals in colder troop conditions. (Forgive the ambiance, It’s the only mirror I had access to at the time.) Enjoy my Mr. Olympia pose practice.
