  1. Option 2 is the right way to go. The parts may not line up correctly but that's just how it is. I'm not sure who made your armour but it looks like either RS or Anovos (both same moulds) and the original RS armour had identical shins made up of 2 x left outer parts and 2 x right outer parts. Rob (of RS) made some inner parts by reshaping casts from the outer parts and these are the ones you have paired together currently as the left shin with sniper knee plate attached. Your right shin is made of the correctly shaped outer parts, so swap your right inner over to your left outer and that's the way they should be paired up.

  3. @justjoseph63 I think this is the main question. Hello again, reading your query carefully, I seem to understand that you want that MP40 bag for an Incinerator Trooper, is that so? Based on being affirmative below according to the CRL for the Incinerator: Pouches Black in color, made of canvas, leather or leather-like German MP-40 style ammo pouches.Worn on the left shoulder. Ahora si te fijas en la foto que está en el CRL, estas son mas cuadradas tipo caja sin tiras. Now if you look at the photo that is in the CRL, these are more square box type without strips Y si te fijas en las que compraste, son mas redondeadas y como mas sueltas como las de Sand trooper o Heavy Weapons Trooper And if you look at the ones you bought, they are more rounded and as looser as those of the Sand trooper or Heavy Weapons Trooper Sand Trooper Por esa razón es que no te aceptan esa en tu Garrison. Las fotos siguientes son tomadas del Incinerator del juego The Force Unleashed, For that reason, they don't accept that one in your Garrison. The following photos are taken from the Incinerator of the game The Force Unleashed, Espero que esto ayude a aclarar tus dudas, déjanos saber si es correcto. Saludos I hope this helps clarify your doubts, let us know if it is correct. Cheers

  4. Hi all. Just finished my first trooper ANH (Stunt) build. Would like to hear opinion and feed back from the GuRu's here? Set this up for Centurion certification if possible? I'm from Gilbert, AZ. and waiting tor 501st approval?

  5. Some of the kits don't actually have the swoop at all, so generally we don't mention it. Its an accuracy thing more than anything. I believe the screen used kits only had the swoop on one of the bells, that would be the left bell as you are wearing the armour, but if you got em, might as well look as accurate as you can

  8. hmmm, might need some more opinions, not saying you're wrong, just having trouble understanding. Looking at each calf, it seems the right calf is slightly larger than the left, even though the openings are the same size. I was thinking more of swapping the sniper knees outer shell with the other legs inner one if you know what I mean. Confusing, but this is what the fourms are for, I'm glad you guys caught it! Hopefully @justjoseph63 and @tarok can shed more light. Thanks Spartan!

  11. Yep that’s the one! I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about him and I’m hoping I can make the kit fit my frame I really want to jump on it as I’ve been looking at armor for quite some time. And from what I can tell 550 is a good deal.

  13. ¡Hola!

  14. Looking STELLAR, Shane, and excellent idea with the bicep cover strip shims... you are NAILING it! One small thing you may have noticed is that you have a point at the top of the forearms. I would suggest using your Dremel tool (with the sanding drum attachment) to even that out a bit so that it won't snag your undersuit. I can't tell you how VERY glad I am to see that you removed all the return edge from the tops and bottoms of the biceps. EXCELLENT! I must

  15. Welcome to the FISD, Jason! Not to worry, sir, we have you covered from A to Z. The first thing you will need to figure out is what type of TK you are interested in building (you have 16 to choose from). After that, it's down to who you will be purchasing your armor from. We have some fantastic threads with lots of information on where (and where NOT) to get it, so depending on the type you choose there are a lot of options to fit all body sizes. Your best bet for the time being is to start delving into the "Getting Started..." section There is a ton of information here, but don't let it intimidate you. If there is a particular question you can't find an answer to all you have to do is ask and we will help. It's what we do best! As a fellow low-country resident (Mt. Pleasant) I may also be able to help with your build on a local level once you get to that point. As I mentioned, we are here to help every step of the way, so never be shy about asking us anything you need (or want) to.

  16. Hi Thomas, you're build is going impressive most impressive. If I can make some comment about the Shins, looking at the photos you posted, It looks the they're swapped around as Rudi mentioned and if you look the inner curvature It looks better in the first two photos you provided. . This is not a world's end cause I consider is an easy fix for you. This one on the RIGHT leg I know we can wait for more opinions, there is the wisdom. Cheers.

  17. So yesterday the good people of Federal Express brought me some stuff, after I paid the taxes of course. A nice pair of Trooper boots in size clown. I also got the gloves from them. I was exactly half way between L and XL so went XL so I can wear a liner to wick away the sweat and not have to put on wet gloves after lunch. Which is the worst. They are a tiny bit large but worst case I'll get a L pair later. Also used some masking tape to check the hand plates for size. Seems good, though I think the position is off.

  18. Just a sneak preview of my armor. There is still a little work to be done. Like cutting the sides of the barrel and finishing my accurate helmet. Yeah, I forgot the boots Any thoughts and tipps?
