DarkTrooper[TK]
Well done. Get ready for all the "Aren't you a little short for a stormtrooper" comments/remarks. I'm the same weight and height as you and I get it all the time.
HockeyTrooper[TK]
I will try to get an action shot when I get home from class. Daniel, I get those all the time too! I've actually been trooping my armor as is for about 6 months now and didn't realize that I might be EIB ready.

Dr.Senf
nice build overall but the black straps holding your shoulderbells close to your bizeps are too wide. It should be black rubberband in 10 mm. yours look like its 40 mm. Not really a requirement but in 10 mm it would look so much better. regards Dr
HockeyTrooper[TK]
Yeah, someone mentioned that to me on my facebook photos as well, I believe my current straps are 2 inches and need to be taken to 1 inch. I'll either replace the straps completely or cut them down so that the visible portion is only 1 inch wide.
Mogwai[TK]
Good Looking Armor. The Straps at the Biceps are a little bit to big, like mentioned. And for a better look, I would bring the Dropboxes closer to the Belt.

HockeyTrooper[TK]
Is it alright for my first picture to be used as my action shot? All the walls in my apartment are white so they wouldn't work for a background and I wont get a chance to troop for a few more weeks. HockeyTrooper[TK]
I assumed I needed them since they are list on the base level of requirements, but are the straps around the biceps even necessary?
Nicky
Not if you intend to stand still and never move Also since not all TK's are equally as wide the shoulder bells are not fit on many people. The elastic strap is meant to hold the balls in a slight forward position, for the gap to appear preferably on the rear side. EDIT: hold the bells* sorry. Locitus[Admin]
I highly recommend replacing the shoulder bell strap with something slimmer, raise the drop boxes a little, and paint the knee belt rivets. But other than that I think you're good for EIB. Approved!
Nicky
Congrats! I also wanted to add that it looks really good overall and in details, clean lines, paint job etc. and that you look tall in this fit.
HockeyTrooper[TK]
Thank you very much for all the compliments and feedback everyone! I'll slim up those shoulder straps when I get home tonight. What is the recommended width for them? Raising my drop boxes should be pretty as well since they are currently velcro attached I believe. My paints are somewhere around here so touching up those rivets should be pretty easy too. =) Thanks again!
Locitus[Admin]
1 inch is a good width for the elastic.
