WTF TK ANH Stunt Build thread - newbie needs help
TKSpartan replied to cnsf's topic in ANH Build Threads
Hi Cory, looks good, take in account the measures Glen pointed and consider the following reference images to place the control panel : The control panel should be positioned so that the controls/round washer style detail can be seen . A common issue we see is that sometimes the disc is facing upwards (like the example photo) . Reference Image Reference Image Example -

TKSpartan replied to Yacorp's topic in Request Centurion Status
Hi Jakob, and thank you for your Centurion application! CRL and Centurion Application Requirements: All required photos have been submitted, and on behalf of the entire D.O. staff we are pleased to welcome you to the rank of CENTURION. Congratulations! You did a great work on the requested fixes sir, congratulations for reaching the highest level Trooper Other-Armor Fit/Assembly; In this area we review observations made by your fellow troopers and the DO team. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armour. Note that we consider both text (CRL) and pictures (screen caps/reference images) when reviewing submissions. We have just a couple of minor wearing issues Jakob. As you mentioned, "the last pictures ended up a little sloppy", but not for bad but for improve . We noticed by the way the it looks like your black inner shirt sleeves are a little loose and when the biceps came down it is more noticeable. Even though in your EIB submission the drop boxes were correctly aligned but overlapping the AB belt, after you fixed, in grand manner by the way, they look a bit misaligned with the end of the ammo belt. we think it's just a simple dab of E6000 behind each Box strap to keep them in place and you are golden. EIB Left Centurion Left EIB Right Centurion Right And that is Trooper. Again, our congrats for making it into the "First 500" Centurions ! *************************************************** -

Congratulations Trooper well done Centurion !! -
Hi David, I think this thread could be helpful , and about the color matching, I'm not familiar with Trooper Bay's ABS white, but when I had that kind of issue when making some Anovos armor repair, I have used some white paint and it matched fine. let see if someone else can give a better tip on this. good luck

Hi Jim, and thank you for your Centurion application! CRL and Centurion Application Requirements: All required photos have been submitted, and on behalf of the entire D.O. staff we are pleased to welcome you to the rank of CENTURION. Congratulations! Jim, you have made and awesome work with the requested fixes, well done ! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly; In this area we review observations made by your fellow troopers and the DO team. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. Note that we consider both text (CRL) and pictures (screen caps/reference images) when reviewing submissions. Just a few suggestions that we are sure you can go the extra mile to get the best look to your armor. The male snap on the top right corner could be moved a bit to the top. Reference Images The small ab buttons panel could look better with a small reshape as the references. Reference Images Even though you have trimmed your TD clips and it looks much better, there's still lot of clip at the top showing on the belt. Reference Images A suggested fix for this could be that you carefully bend the tops of the clips as seen below. That would raise it to the level of the belt as well as eliminate the excess that can be seen on top. Following there's an almost imperceptible detail on your canvas belt, and it looks to us like a piece of thread sticking out? or some stain may be? Finally, sometimes when one fix is made in some section, there's some new issue that pops up from other side. . It looks like there's a gap between your Butt plate /Kidney connection. Perhaps with just a strapping adjustment makes the deal. Reference Images Congratulations again Jim, welcome to Centurion ranks !!
