  2. Welcome. Let me just add on that what’s everyone is saying is true this can get expensive but when well maintained you’ll get years of use and kids smiles out of it. So look at it more as an investment. Save up and do it right, it doesn’t have to be done right away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Please let me know when it’s time to panic. [emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Nice job on everything Mario, it looks amazing. Don’t get discouraged I know it’s a tough call since the CRL states “little to no gap” but since the TD does hang low you might be able to get those a millimeter or two over. Make sure you secure it with some glue if your using the same TD, I’d hate to see the holes being so close have an impact on holding the screw in. Really impressive! 6. I’ve got AM and I was at 260 at my biggest now between 230-240. I’m 5’9” and I had to trim some length off to make it fit. You should be good. Reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions the customer service is usually great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. Have you thought about shortening your arms? Think about it, that might solve the problem. I think it looks good the way it’s going. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. It’s up to you. I will say the return edge is where a all of my cracks have started. I reinforced mine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. Good job A.J.! But not so fast with your claims of strongest ever... I didn’t document it in my build but I did it similar but slightly different. I used folded aluminum sheets (wrapped in white cloth so they blend better). So I think I may have the “strongest shoulder bridges ever”. Lol if we ever get to troop together we’ll have to do some strength tests. Just food for thought if anyone wants to do it. The reason I went that route was because I felt the aluminum would help with any stress bends when trooping long periods. I had never trooped and didn’t know how heavy the armor would get over a 4 hour period, I assumed the worse would happen. Oh well, better be safe then sorry. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. There is one for sale now under the sale section.

  18. Nope to the shoulder straps and if you need to trim a little on the cod piece go for it. I’m assuming you mean making the bottom section smaller and thinner? Whatever is comfortable just don’t go crazy with the cutting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Great job on the armor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Just about anywhere. Head over to Amazon, I know they have them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I think it’s gonna be a matter of what you prefer the feel of. I tried both and like the hard hat liner by far better. Some people swear by foam inserts of some sort. Find people with both and give it a try Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. It’s all a matter of opinion. I have AM and to me it’s the best. I also have no experience with any other armor so I’m a weee bit biased. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I was getting terrible feedback. Maybe it was the Bluetooth headset Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. No problems with feedback? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
