  1. Nice work on the painting. Will you be extending the frown paint a little more in round two? Also, if you have tube stripe templates, be sure to check their direction before applying and painting them. :-)
  2. Great job so far. That counter is especially tasty. :-) The thinner clearing strip looks good too. Keep up the good work. :-)
  3. Hiya. Cool. Just a heads up in case you’re going for EIB and Centurion; these would need to be up against the end caps with little or no gap. Here’s a ref pic: It’s quite an easy mod if you wanted to do it. Best wishes Dan
  4. Hi Juan. Brow looks good to me. Hero usually sits right on the top of the eyes. Yours looks like it has at least 1/4inch. Regarding the thermal det, are the clips right up the the end caps? Hard to tell on that pic. Best wishes Dan
  5. Great job, Jenny. Welcome to the ranks.
  6. I’m with you on the look of the site through a browser, Mathias. I like to check on new posts via a browser. I think the reason for Tapatalk’s popularity on here is due to the ease of uploading images for build threads - much easier than uploading to an image host, then posting links etc. As such, it’s a brilliant way of keeping people posting regularly. :-)
  7. Excellent build, Zak. Best of luck for clearance.
  8. In theory, you’re in the hands of your Garrison now. If it works like the UKG, once they clear your costume you can then apply for your TK ID over at 501st.com. Once you have that, you can get access to more of the FISD by upgrading to 501st Stormtrooper status. If your GML has seen the pictures, perhaps just ask how kind the clearance process usually takes. :-)
  9. Ah ha - makes sense now. Mine’s doing the same. Can login fine through a browser but not through Tapatalk.
  10. Hi Freddy, Ross at RWA does templates now, if you’re looking for bits from Europe. Alternatviely, Mike at Trooperbay (USA) does good sets. He has some based on the Dave M lid which are very nice.
  11. Sure thing - https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/42310-cableguys-rwa-anh-stormtrooper-build-cleared-targetcenturion/ Good old masking tape! This should give you a chance to try it out and see how it looks. When you’re happy with the gap, you can then add the webbing underneath. :-)
  12. Nice work thus far. Following with interest. :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Hi Mark, Regarding return edge, I’d probably just have a look through some screen reference pics and see what you prefer. Certain areas look a little better for it, such as the chest, whereas others are not so noticeable, such as the elbow or the biceps. Personally, I left a little on most parts of mine for that appearance of thickness and that worked well for my kit and my body shape. Keep up the good work, Dan :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Great job, IIan. Welcome to Centurion. :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Hi Darren. Neck seal shouldn’t make too much difference, but, if you have it you might as well measure up with it on, just to be safe. Not sure how you were planning so measure it - personally, I used masking tape to temporarily sit where the webbing will end up, then marked the masking tape with the relevant points, giving you the desired gap between back plate and chest. (In my build thread if it’s of interest). :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Looking good mate. Nothing wrong with that ear gap. :-) Glad the link for the vid worked out well. He makes it really easy to follow and it looks like it’s really worked for you. Good job, sir. :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Great work, Mark. Everything’s looking really neat and tidy. :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Coming along nicely. [emoji1303] Regarding the ab plate buttons, the little one might want a little more trimming - nice straight lines and square edges. (The the big one is upside down...) Here’s a good ref pic. Dan :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Wow - Centurion number 400!! Congratulations. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Ah ha. In that case, perhaps send a PM to T-Jay (Tino). :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. With the renowned Gazmosis mag no longer available, I got a nice result from my Imperial Warfighters one (if you upgrade). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Lovely job on that blaster. :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Nice - looking very tidy. I think you’ll need a picture showing the inside of your thigh ammo pack fixings. You might also want to re-paint the outside of those fixings, too, as the white paint appears to be very thin. Great job overall. Best of luck with your application.
  24. Hi Michael Good choice - it’s an excellent kit (from a lovely fellow). Here’s the link. Best wishes Dan
  25. Excellent. Sounds like you’re on the right tracks. Any questions, just shout and I’m sure someone will have more tips and tricks.
