AM 2.0 Armor Build in Ohio

I would remove the return edges on the wrist. You will get bit, scratched and chaffed unless you remove them completely. -
Best pads for a bucket?
cjdesign replied to gromitsdad's topic in Boots, Soft Parts, and other Accessories
It fit the bucket better. -
A word of caution... that 3M adhesive comes off very easily. May need to be replaced with stronger material and the rubber prepped better.

Best pads for a bucket?

that's what I HAD in there at first. Until I trooped a foggy chilly morning in Anaheim and when everything was said and done... I poured tablepoons of condensation out of my helmet. I figured I needed more fabric to help absorb moisture. -

Debugger? Are you referring to "Devtools" in chrome? -
Resin... Plastic... Hard material... But usually NOT rubber.
-
Most t-track are harder resin. If you are looking for rubber t-tracks? Like real rubber? There is a seller in Australia that makes t-tracks with real rubber.

the left bell (right in photo) needs to come up higher. Tip: You can fold the strap on itself and sew to shorten the length instead of creating a new strap. After a while you'll need to replace with a new one anyhow - you'll will know how long to make it.

Best pads for a bucket?

Totally adjustable via velcro on both sides. They have three sizes and 2 thicknesses, so Im sure finding an option is not an issue. To be honest, I purchased all three sizes for the perfect fit and returned the others. ------------ -
AM 2.0 is more symmetrical in design and not as accurate. The majority of the excess plastic has been trimmed away out of the box. I purchased the am 2.0 kit because I'm 6.0 210 lbs and read they are for larger guys eg. less shimming. I also never though about a wait time?? I couldn't wait as it was for Halloween and I needed something quick. eg. Rubies or AM? Am shipped in 3 days. IMA, the AM 2.0 kit was made for me and fit me like a glove without any excess trimming (return edges aside).

Best pads for a bucket?

I've purchased numerous pads on Amazon and Ebay and nothing seemed to fit. I also wanted a interchangeable, adjustable and washable solution. So after long deliberation and many returns to the mailbox - I went with the x-liner. It's not cheap, but worth every penny. my 2 cents... Originally I purchased a medium 3/4 but ultimately went with the XL 3/4 http://www.gibson-barnes.com/prod-294519/Hgu55-Xliner.html X Liner is Gentex’s most advanced high-tech helmet fitting system. It is comfortable, cool, clean, and easy to install. Inside the revolutionary X Liner are two layers of visco-elastic comfort foam that instantly and continuously adjust to your head. The soft inner layer adjusts quickly as you fly it fits perfectly, eliminates hot spots, and stabilizes your helmet. The firmer outer layer adjusts more slowly and its firmness helps keep your helmet from bottoming out. You can enjoy the self-adjusting comfort of X-Liner even in hot or cold weather because the visco elastic foam used in the X-Liner is not sensitive to temperature. Other visco elastic foams become too hard in cold weather and are too soft in hot weather. X Liner’s unique design promotes air circulation and increases evaporation so you stay cool. Your helmet will also be more stable as X Liner’s shape eliminates roll and creep. Antimicrobial X-static© fabric keeps X Liner clean and odor free. X-Static fabric is made with a layer of 99.9% pure silver bonded to the surface of the fiber to kill odor-causing bacteria, eliminate static, and conduct heat away from you. Installing your X-liner is simple. Adjust its shape with four strips of Velcro© and place it in your helmet where five pieces of Velcro© keep it in place. -

Honestly, It seems you are only concerned with the blaster on ebay, since all of your posts pertain to this item... I guess you've been doing research for years under a different member name, because you joined on 23 Jan 2016? If this were true you should know which blaster models are available and the most popular?! This site has a wealth of information, so one again you'll need to do your homework research the matter on your own. -
E6000 all the way!!! It takes 24 hours to cure, but unlike permanent solutions, parts can be disassembled if necessary.

Welcome Matt! The F.I.S.D. can be an exciting and overwhelming place. In order to get you pointed in the right direction, take a look at the Getting Started Page. This will help you understand the basics to getting your first set of armor. Read as much as you can before making a purchase and ask as many questions as you need. Good luck! http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/38-getting-started-read-this-first/

Looks like an AM 1.0. NOT approval-able in it's current state. For the record the NE version was the armor that was in question of recasting, not the FX or AM series. The FX and first AM versions are symmetrical and not screen accurate.
