That can be a real headache couple of years ago, but with the blooming of domestic 3D printing technology, I can easily imagine someone can make a decent build out of printed parts and a pvc pipe, if one has the will to do it (indeed it is a time consuming task). Plus, the files are readily available here on the forum 3D-printing section, no reason not to give a look into it. Countries that banned replica firearms/ mock-up props outright are out of the question sadly.

If you want an accurate 3D-print E-11, this is the file to use: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4003566 The base gun is a British Sterling SMG, you will also need to download the kits for E-11 conversion too, please refer to the instructions on the page. It looks like it doesn’t agree with the double layer of belt well and keep popping up, maybe I will try widen it just a little bit with some tools.

The story goes like this, there were a series of Disney events to promote The Last Jedi back then, and we were asked to perform some moves on stage (dancing), the straps were added to minimize the shifting of the shoulder bells. I think about 8 - 10 troopers in our Garrison received the modification.
