  1. Very awesome. I like the idea and that it matches the armor. I have a leather pouch I purchased from trooperbay, but not easy getting cards out.
  2. I used the same, velcro attached to the inner chest. Used a wireless setup so all I have to do it turn them on as I suit up. ----------
  3. Hey Gary, good looking build! Few things that I noticed....Rivets on the ammo pack look like they need to be painted white. Might be the angle, but it looked unpainted. The drop boxes hang a little off the belt and should be snug up to it. Also, see if you can tighten up the gaps on both sides of your armor..shouldn't be any visible space. Ears on your helmet should have one black stripe on each side. Otherwise, looking good and good luck!
  4. Great newsletter and awesome work everyone! Pleasure to read each month!
  5. Looking great trooper! Only thing I noticed was the same as TK-42806's application...the frown needs a little touch up. Check out his thread here. Easy fix. Otherwise, great build and looks sharp!
  6. I made a strap out of 1" nylon and heavy duty snaps just for carrying to and from troops. Easy to get off and does not hurt or alter the gun.
  7. Thank you so much! Wanted to say that making the armor the way it was is really from all the help I have received here through all the photos, ideas and threads. Thank you again Joseph as well for your advice when I first got the armor and helping with ideas on making it as great as it has become. Feels great to be part of the elite in the FISD! (and the first centurion of my garrison I believe)
  8. Thank you! Redid all the strapping, trimmed it up to fit my skinniness, repainted all the buttons and rivets so it's been a lot of work, but very well worth it.
