  1. It should be the same size if they are built the same way.
  2. Well my hand plates are E-6000ed to my gloves. But for the thighs I used 2 inch wide elastic and it works great. You get it at fabric stores and have to buy it by the yard. Good luck.
  3. The legion roster only gets updated during October (census) and during elections. They all sit idol the rest of the year.
  4. You are getting your TX done faster than I am. It helps being a a little warmer climate since I'm supposed to see snow/ice three days this week.
  5. Nice conversion job so far, looks like it will turn out great.
  6. Just to clarify, ATA is .080 gauge armor. The helmets started with an .080 face and dome, but now have a .100 gauge face.
  7. Guys, this thread is over 3 years old. Alot has been found out about movie suit and costume kits over the last several years. If you feel that passionately about it feel free to start a new thread. The thread is now closed for necroposting.
  8. The OSCS stormtrooper helmet is a one piece roto-cast helmet.
  9. You just gotta look. ---------
  10. Can someone take some measurements and see if they corrected the size while they were updating them?
  11. So far so good. Details that need to be seen for an EIB app is to make sure there are no side gaps, blaster pics, and more helmet pics. Congrats on joining the Legion.
  12. Overpriced.
  13. Most armor makers sell replacement parts. If you really want to make your own, you could get some sentra and heat it over the ends of the pipe letting it sag into the pipe, and form it to the outside. Then trim to length.
  14. I have one. The detail is great, but they are on the fragile side.
  15. Here are a couple tutorials. They are for models but costumes are just big model kits. http://www.starshipmodeler.com/tech/aw_wx.htm http://www.firebladecomics.com/guides/battledamageguide.html http://codyscoop.com/ht-damages.html And remember sometimes less is more.
  16. The stuff is also really thin, and as someone showed in another thread the helmet is webbed and split all over the place.
  17. I've got a multi-speed dremel kit that came from Wal-Mart.
  18. Forgot to ask earlier, any gloves left? I need a couple pair.
  19. What he said .
  20. R2Dan had a review thread on them a few months back. Might we worth a read.
  21. Might help to know what kind of helmet you have?
  22. Get in contact with Star Garrison and go to a larger troop and look over all the different armor there. You may not see every maker but you should get a decent sampling.
