Wow, that mentor program thing sounds really awesome. Unfortunately I discovered that the Clone armor is WAY out of my budget, so I'm sticking with a TK for now.

So from what I gather is, the CAP helmets are not even painted white? Just the detailing minus tube stripes?

Do you put the gloss on after paintin the traps and placing the decals on?

For text based things you're going to want to use Illustrator. To get backgrounds onto the trading cards and whatnot you'll want Photoshop imo.

Everything turned out great, aside from having to sell my armor. So heart breaking. I can wait to get started again.

After an extreme period of depression and life issues, I'm back and ready to get back into the best hobby there is! I plan on working hard during the summer through the fall to get my own place and purchase my PERMANENT armour! It's good to be back. Has anyone else taken a break? If you're adventurous use a dremel, with a sanding drum I think. That's what I've heard people use.

Screw in the lenses when you replace them. White silicone sealant will do the job. Should come in an orange tube with a clear cap if you get it at home depot, in the paint section. No repainting needed.

Yours does the same as mine then! I meant in the undercarriage, with the little diddles that stick out at eachother on the bottom, the connector if you will.

Aaaah. Yeah i was looking at that. Really a great model, too bad its way out of my price range. the MG kits are really fantastic for the price as well. I used to make kits when I was 7 or 8 or so but I just mashed them together so quickly and tried to play with them. hah. If only I knew then what I did now.

If you sit down in your armor without separating the ab/cod or back/butt pieces will the plastic bend and stay deformed permanently?

Oh really? Awesome! How posable is it? Handwise and legs and stuff? I hear you can pose the eye camera and everything. It sounds really cool. I keep getting indecisive when choosing my model kits. So many cool ones to choose from.

Will it remove little dots of paint and shoe scuff marks (that are left on the armor) ?
