Hi, the cuts at the rear of your thighs are absolutely no problem. They are definitely screen accurate. All the other points are no problem as well if you perform them as marked. If you cut the forearms make sure the outer side is not coming too high. Most troopers cut the lower side instead. For Centurion the return edges have to be removed anyway and the number of squares is not defined. <br> Cheers <br> Christian

The next thing are your shoulder Bells. They are a little far away from your shoulder bridges. I think I caused some misunderstanding. Sorry my bad. It seems I phrased my answer the wrong way. When I said I installed both parts of the snaps inside the armor I meant these parts: And I installed them like this: The material that you hammer down when you install the snap the way it is ment to, is helping to hold the snap in place when you bend down the ends of the split rivet. I hope you understand what I mean... at this moment it feels like I'm reaching the limits of my english skills.

Hi Chapaaz, I think your split rivets are still too long. I think if you cut them some more befor you install them it would be easier to close them inside the snaps. Check Post #34 of my build to see how much I shortened the split rivets. Because it is hard to see: I installed both parts of the Snap inside the Armor. This gave me more material inside the snap to hold the split rivet. Best regards Christian

Hi Michael,<br> I would recommend E6000. In my opinion it is the perfect glue for the armor. It is strong as hell and at the other side it is easy to take apart the pieces and remove the glue. Very handy if corrections or repairs are needed. <br><br> Cheers <br> Christian
