1. No those are good points. My cable came with Icomm.
2. One comes with the Icomm. At least when I bought mine it did. Tried it. Didn't like it. The Mic does fine without it.
3. Carl, looking great so far! Tim's right about the durability of Rob's armor. The clips do look super accurate but I chose the Velcro only because of the ease of putting my armor on Solo(rebel scum).

And on the forearms I did the same thing so I'm sure your good there. Oh yeah, get more magnets! You can never have enough and when your finished and trooping you can let newer members of your garrison use them. Mine are on someone's armor right now! THT
4. Plus your just holding it there. When all the pieces are put together that will help pull it down.
5. There's a few ways people do it. You should look at EIB request posts and look what people did. Everyone posts there strapping in the photos. And notice minimal gap between ab and kidney in side shots. The best advice is do the best on this TK and the next one down the road. You doing your best makes all of us look our best.
6. And no TD on that belt either.
7. Great job so far! Yah for another RT-MOD trooper!!
8. Not bad. Half the posts are about drinking. Right on schedule. This baby will be pinned or pulled over before we know it. Lol! So let me end with "you done yet?"
9. Congratulations Tim! And thanks for a great year Eric! What a great time to be a Stormtrooper.
10. The T-tracks and wire came out great! Before you know it you'll be painting that bad boy.
11. If you have all the supplies you need and work steady you should be ok.
12. He took the words right out of my mouth. The suit looked great on you in the pictures. Another great reference is the RS suit in the gallery. That's the original and many photos of the backs. Again this isn't to knock you. You posted and were just sayin'.That's all.btw,I wrote was cut bottom of shins and top of thighs. Not top of both.
13. The thing that stood out to me were those big square notches you took out behind the knees. If anything it should have been a gradual curve cut out of the formed edge detail behind the knee and trim the top of the thigh to get it to fit your height. You trim bottom of shins and top of thighs. Not at knee. Look at back view in CRL. anyone else reading, this isn't a race. Take your time and have fun with it. There's plenty of time for trooping.
14. I've removed snaps by squeezing them sideways a few times in different directions and that loosens it up enough to take a pair of needlenose pliers to finish squeezing the post from inside the snap.with a little careful work they will separate.
15. About a dozen members of my garrison did a group build with Mike's armor. Very well done and fast service.
16. I'd say no. It has to match the crl requirements. We have to have uniformity. But you could still use at non LFL events though.
17. Try quartermaster or dirtyboy maybe they could help you out.
18. You guys are gonna love it! Rob is a fantastic guy. I've trooped mine for a little over a year now and it's held up great. The wait doesn't seem that long, maybe I'll grab another for a commander.hmmm
19. You can never go wrong with a BFG!
20. Welcome to the FISD JJ! Good luck and post a lot of pictures. I'm nosey.
21. DUDE! Put the knife down. Seriously though, your putting to much pressure on the knife.you score with several passes letting the tip of the blade do the work.I'm not a fan of this method. I used tin snips, way easier on the hands and no Wolverine claw marks! Hopefully you can polish those out with novus. Especially the one on your right thigh.good luck and take your time, it's not a race it's an adventure.
22. That's funny, I used your drawings among others for reference when I built mine. Thank You for posting!
23. Get that pack done! I love trooping with my HWT, you must miss it.
24. Mine look like two small loops underneath. So small really unnoticeable. From what I've read about the screen used DLT's had two loops twisted together then tucked in the bottom holes to conceal. My guess since these blasters were whipped up quick and the wires were needed to help keep the tracks on.
25. The one on the top isn't the right pack. I've told Eric that It's deceiving. The lower pack is the one I followed as did most others.
