  1. Yeah, my little pouch is mounted on the front right corner on mine not on side
  2. THAT LOOKS GREAT! For my side pouches I used clips from a tape measure and some sticky softside Velcro on the clip so it Didn't dig into my armor. I used two on each pouch towards outer edges. I glued them on sandwiched with some 2" webbing extending about an 1" all the way around. They just clip right on the belt. Again, great job on the pack! No antenna?
  3. Looking great Andrew! When I wear mine I like it tight on my back. So I picked a school bookbag that had padded shoulder straps and one strap with a buckle that connects the two in the middle.that strap is not seen cause it's under my chest plate.I can run with it on and it doesn't budge. Just a suggestion but I'd really secure those straps with two nuts and bolts and some metal to secure that webbing. There's alot of preasure on them and I'd hate to hear you lost a strap and you drop that awesome pack.
  4. Hey nice white caps! Your cruising right through this build. Looking awesome!
  5. Have you tried it on? With the curve of the belt will your edge's pop free?
  6. Nope. It's"Handy With Tools" maybe that's what we carry in the pack. Radio for when we're working and the tube holds the little cardboard cups for water.
  7. I went with the nuts and washers too. You bang into a lot of stuff and I trust them more then screws. I also used fender washers to increase strength.
  8. Looking good. I used the same pan and buttons. Looks like the same pauldron too.I mounted my pouch to pauldron. What you going with?
  9. And keep the mic right against your lip. That works best for me. I've had it happen very little since doing this way.
  10. I agree with Tony. You can use the blaster with the armor. Wait on pack. You can add that down the road.
  11. Both of mine are in chest plate. Where it is I can reach from the side and adjust the volume as needed.
  12. Welcome to the FISD Anthony! You should head to the getting started section and start there. That should answer some of your questions. Good luck!
  13. Wow! Sorry but that just looks like they've given up. Dan, if you start a gofundme for sandpaper I'll donate.
  14. I used a pc. of industrial sticky backed Velcro. 50 plus troops and it's still there. It also helps hold the TD tight too.bonus
  15. Welcome to the FISD Jeff! Glad to see another RT trooper around here. Good Luck with the build and keep us posted.
