Are there files of the other parts?

I just returned from a trip to the US with my armor and I am now missing my right thigh piece. I've made all the phone calls and filled out all the forms, but I'm not too hopeful. Does anyone have an Anovos right thigh (and ammo boxes) they can sell?

well when I turn my head the bucket stays in place because it's sitting on the chest. Would it be acceptable to heat/bend the top of the chest-shoulders to a flatter/vertical position?

I'm starting to fit my new armor and was wondering about some fitment issues. - The first one is easy, I'm guessing that it's acceptable to make the "U" cut out in the biceps larger, and maybe even round off the top corner, because it's mostly hidden by the armpit and the bell. - My chest plate seems to rest too high and/or forward, and when I put my helmet on it just rests on the chest plate rather than my head. I can press it (chest plate) into the right position, but the shape of shoulders on the chest and the straps keep pulling it up again.

I think I may have asked this here before, but I was wondering where to get a cheap helmet. I want do customize it, so it doesn't have to be 501 accurate.

So what is the early consensus on this armor? Would someone buying this armor be 501st approved? I've been wanting to get some armor and join the 501 for a long time, but the $1000 + cost has been holding me back. I should be able to afford this if it will get me in.

where is the cheapest place to buy a ST helmet? It doesn't have to be 501st accurate. I just want something I can modify for my own version.

where can I find the Hyperfirm blasters?

It seems that doopy is out of stock on the complete E-11 kits, so what are the opinions when it comes to either doing the hasbro conversion or the pipe blaster kit. What other parts do I need for each option?
