E-11 ANH Doopydoo kit - work in progress
TK bondservnt replied to Ossus501ch's topic in Build Threads Requireing Maintenance
the front deflector C shape is on backwards. the C shape needs to be facing front, as you have it, on the forward side of the hole it's supposed to be on the rear side of the hole with the open end of the C facing front. also the Butt part of the folding stock, the hole is way too large. on the hengstler counter the reset button you have is also sticking out too far. -
New vendor, or slightly new vendor on Ebay

I'm going to have to get a TIE pilot going just so I can feel good about trooping. perhaps my TX armor will look ok on me. -

my goal is to heal my spine enough to run. sometimes I can't walk. or stand. cerebral palsy is slowly taking away my ability to look good in the armor I love. -

when I purchased my AP kit, I knew it was "too small for me" so I had to add 4" of sidegap shim. 4 years ago, there was not as great a choice for armor. I'd like to hear a suggestion about what a trooper should do when they have a 38" waist. should I purchase RT mod? just because my waist is too large for AP? -

why take the chance on EBAY? people who don't frequent this site don't know how to do proper research. sure... if your an expert then you can buy on EBAY out of all the newcomers here I've never personally seen someone put links up to a good vendor. usually it's recast AP or RS Props! pro vs newbie I'LL ALWAYS send them off ebay because it's better to do? if someone wanted trooperbay or CFO then I send them to their site... not ebay! -

Ebay armor is NEVER accepted by the FISD. I sent you the approved list, and you don't listen to me... the only place we reccomend armor is on our listing this is the THIRD time I've given you this link. this link is the ONLY place where we suggest armor. EBAY will NEVER provide armor that is correctly and honestly made http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/11538-the-various-types-of-armor-and-where-to-find-them/ if you keep on asking the same question over and over, and insist on buying from ebay then you will REGRET the decision when you stand next to other troopers who have better armor than yours. you will not get a good suit of armor for 200.00. armor usually costs 1.2k that's one thousand two hundred. anything less is just cheap junk. -
looks like the lid needs to be adjusted a little. the ears have uneven gaps near the tubes, and the teeth need to be cut out a bit more. the eyes near the center need to be trimmed a little more as well. good luck!

Also of note when he is leaning on the wall directly he is using a firing E-11 for the close up. this one looks like the m19 firing version seen in his hands at the control room door -
Making a holster for ANH Stunt
TK bondservnt replied to piklz36's topic in Tutorials, Tips and HOWTOs
----------- I use this on the belt, and on the top of the holster for the straps. 4 for stunt 6 for hero. the snap hardware is not supposed to be brass colored... it's supposed to be nickel. ------------- -

when you look at his comparison photos laid onto a lightsaber its clear. I believe that lee knows the engineer that helped Gino produce the extrusion profile but that's up to lee to discuss. -

GINO's track matches up the best to any original track used, since he had a real lightsabre to compare, and measure from his track is the best reproduction in existance. -
velcro on the front of the belt add snaps with velcro to support on the bells. make sure the belt is tight.

RS props is fast becoming the best supplier of armor in the entire world! patience is required when dealing with good sellers... because they are swamped with orders! -
here's my free links to plans: download and print borderless at 300 dpi pipe should be 1.5"OD doopy do's collectables parts kit or use MK2 parts kit mk2 does not need the plans below. zero room's plans are for an airsoft replica with errors on it. when he updates his links perhaps he'll have the correct ones listed. There are 2 types of ESB blasters. 1. standard e-11 with only the scope- an m38 scope, or an m19 scope. nothing else but T Tracks and sight rail. 2. known as the promo stunt, snowtrooper, or "pugman" version- is a resin casting from a made up e-11 with extra parts attached. here is a series of photos of the pugman. details: no D ring or D ring mount on end cap added clips at rear sight rail is solid extra T Track in bayonet lug area cocking channel is completely filled in no cocking handle extra swoop detail on other side of gun with 3 pill greeblies added to the rear. detail parts on the magazine well are removed. front sight filled in on the sides. pugman in promo shot

Glove / forearm order?
TK bondservnt replied to veggietrooper's topic in Assembly, Mods, and Painting
velcro allows a slimmer armor because it fits after the limb is in position. it's hard to explain, but the fact is that if you use velcro on a large hand, it can provide a slimmer forearm. ----------- -

I don't have a partnership with AP. nor do I wear only AP. I have ATA and greatly want other armors. do I look fat in this armor? right now... yep! I look forward to TIE pilot and other related costumes?
