I use angelus leather acrylic finishes. first off I paint the boot with this: -------- covers any leather without having to prep... just paint on two coats, even works on the elastic. then cover the leather with the finisher --------- you can get satin or high gloss finishers.

carefully take the ears trimming down to the point where the cap sits flush. with no lip on it. the curved parts of the ear should have a 1mm lip left on. it looks like you have a 4-6mm lip which should be carefully taken off down to 1mm the front of each ear should have a right angle at the cheek, and the back of each ear should have a curve at the cheek with almost no lip. drill on the holes for the helmet only, don't change the positions. the lower bottom screw goes exactly into the marked positions, and with the ears trimmed properly there will be almost no gaps. with the extra material you have on them, they can't sit flush at the tubes.

those plans produce blasters that are 3/4" too long at the rear. look in my signature for updated plans.

interesting holster! CRL states that the holster must be attached from the inside... perhaps command might let it pass! notice in your screenshot that the other holster does not look like that at all? different cut, and mounted from behind! nice attention to detail!

nice inner bolt. some minor suggestions: should all be silver gunmetal, and the spring should be smaller in dia with more loops. very nice attention to detail!!

e6000 is waterproof. so the canvas would be mold proof. a painters canvas dropcloth is the perfect canvas to use. cheap, water resistant and massive! I've gotten 9'x12foot sections of canvas that way!! 10.00 usd.

it must have been a permissions situation with extended staff? was that it?

is the lens arrangement offset? does it have a full iris?

if internal optics could be made available, fitting inside a resin scope might be an option?

just make the eyes conform to the curve needed to have the lens sit flush. the teeth should have no lip on the sides, bit of a square lip on the top and bottom of each tooth. how does the ears look from the rear? nice job!

with all that black elastic you will need more suits of armor! when you get a line on the proper belt material, I would like to buy enough for a belt and 1/2!! I'll pay a very high price... almost like you get a free belt from me!!!

the best way to do it, is to post them in multiple threads, or do a slideshow post of all the photos in a flash gallery. slide.com has these little forum style slide show galleries you could use.
