  1. Disney is well aware you can count on that. Now that there's a lawsuit with their name on it all because Anovos got in way over their heads, something is going to give.
  2. Awesome photo Brien Both are looking great
  3. Regarding the 3M HR kit, forgot to mention practice on some scrap to get the hang of it.
  4. Post a concept design so others have an idea of what you're doing
  5. Other than Jimmi who is listed in the vetted suppliers list I'm not sure who else you can go to for armor. I know there's other suppliers out there but unsure as to why they don't come forward and ask to be added to the list. Maybe they don't for legal or other reasons.
  6. I highly suggest buying a headlight restoration kit. 3M makes one that I use on all my armors. It works fantastic on ABS and since it's designed to be used with a power drill it spares your body a workout. Basically you toss out the heaviest grit sanding pad as it's designed to really chew into the plastic. Take the second finest grit pad with water and polish the area smooth. Afterwards use the finest grit sandpaper to prep it for the polishing pad and compound. Finally hit the area with the polishing pad then lastly the buffing pad and polishing compound. If done correctly the area will closely resemble the rest of the armor. Amazon sells them if you're interested https://www.amazon.com/3M-39008-Headlight-Restoration-System/dp/B001AIZ5HY/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2ROQ0G2E40F8J&keywords=3m+headlight+restoration+kit&qid=1559675914&s=gateway&sprefix=3m+%2Caps%2C198&sr=8-3
  7. Personally speaking I would avoid using magnets if for one reason only, what happens if you're trooping and someone like a child grabs your belt and pulls it down? If you're afraid of drilling holes maybe use industrial strength Velcro. Just a thought. Keep up the great work
  8. So my plan is to go back the weekend of July 4th. IF I do contact me before then. Maybe I can get a group order going and ship everything to you guys in one box. Just a thought
  9. I never found them even after scouring UK websites but then again this was a few years ago when I made this thread. I'm sure someone has the correct items by now. If you have specific detail and where to buy them please let me know and I'll update the thread.
  10. No, I did see them though. To be honest I was just as surprised to here someone was able to pick up a bucket there, until I found out today Disney has contracted Anovos to be their supplier for another 3 years. Just guessing here but if that's the case Anovos probably sent every helmet they had in stock to Disney for GE opening.
  11. Looking good, glad to be if assistance, THT
  12. Looking good Derek. Just a heads up the hovi screens should sit just inside the lip of the tip itself. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Keep up the good work
  13. The amount of Ab exposed depends on the trooper. Good rule of thumb is so long as the chest plate covers the Ab you're golden.
  14. Sorry for the late reply Larry did you get the shins sorted out? Everything else is coming along nicely
  15. Shall do. thanks for the kudos
  16. Not sure how flush can be mistaken for seamless when there are not only Centurion FOTKs that built this correctly and build threads illustrating the fact dating back to 2015.
  17. Well I guess that's better news ..and that's disappointing
  18. To answer your question directly, the left side Ab/Kidney rivets are the only components listed in the CRL that have a very specific area location measurement. All other component locations are a rough estimate. We encourage new builders to refer to Centurion level build threads for accurate information because most if not all have been scrutinized and would be found to be more accurate than most illustrations.
  19. Almost there Joaquin, looking great
  20. Sorry for the late congratulations Arthur. Great job on your build and welcome to Centurion
