Yes, I will PM you on a price for speakers. FYI, these speakers are probably better than the ones you're currently using as well as you need to trim the inside of the mic 1mm. Mine are 18.1mm.

I'm excited about this gun but 'm just as excited about a new DLT-19 or T-21 equivalent. From what I can see in the most recently captured screen shot showing the variety of TKs, the HWT's blaster appears to be a bit larger, though not by much. If it's indeed the replacement I'll be a bit disappointed however, I will reserve judgement for the movie. On the other hand, though I like the big guns I surely wouldn't mind being able throw a nice assault rifle sized blaster over my shoulders like Tom Cruise in Oblivion while also being able to thigh holster the smaller blaster.

I have the basic, which as you've described appears to be the same as I have. Did you just plug it in and go? I'm wondering if my voice is too deep or soft to pick up. I have a troop this weekend, I'll have one of my fellow troopers test on their Anker systems.

I just ran a cover strip like your doing... here's mine. The cover strip helps with the gap and offset. You're doing great.

Unfortunately I have to report the throat mic I purchased is not working with my ROM/FX, it's not sensitive enough. I'd like to say I'm pretty savvy with electronics but this has me stumped. I even tried to use a audio amplifier to boost the signal into the ROM/FX, didn't help. I'm NOT say throat mics don't work, it's proven they do, it's just the one I have doesn't work with my ROM/FX.
