  1. That's an awesome idea Greg.
  2. Post a pic from the underside (looking into the bucket). We'll give you some pointers afterwards.
  3. Definitely awesome Charles. Once the game comes out, or if we can acquire and confirm new reference pics then the game may change, until then we wait, and wait, and wait
  4. SWEET! Welcome aboard trooper. Dang proud to have you among the ranks. Now let's go get EIB and Centurion, it's lonely up here. FYI future HWTs, there only a handful of EIBs and only 2 Centurions. I waving the checkered flag for all of you. Whatever I can do to help you to go EIB and Cent I'm here for ya.
  5. You'll be fine Jason. The strip is not a deal breaker and you're not that far off any ways. You won't have a problem on the MEPD either, speaking from experience. Cover strip measurements, though important are not seen as critical as the character you'll be emulating, and that only applies at the SWAT level. You're doing great
  6. "Here's what I got last night, is this gap acceptable or should I try again?" "Lastly, can someone tell me where I should trim at the end of the ears where they taper off? I am going to need to trim some of the edge off of the bucket too as it is waaaay too tight even knowing I will have to put it on sideways and screw it on. If someone could draw a line where I should cut, that would be extremely helpful." Cover strip specs: 15 mm for the arms 20 mm for front of legs 20 mm for back of thighs 25 mm for back of shins Your ears are perfectly fine as they are in all areas Jason. As for the lower edge of your bucket, can we get a pic of it from a underside view?
  7. Loving the inventive ways people are using to pack ammo pouches, news paper, socks, lol... awesome
  8. In all reality gents the CRL is the reference point from which your HWT request will be judged. Though the game reference pics should also be considered accurate and approveable Gazmosis will be making that ultimate call. You can contact him and get his opinion on the matter or follow the CRL. Something to consider also, once the new Battlefront game comes out later this year the CRL will most likely get a serious overhaul anyways.
  9. Interesting, thanks Paul
  10. I was fortunate enough to have one of the TFA troopers take off his bucket (out of sight) and let me inspect it and his armor. The bucket - a) It probably weighed 3lbs+ d) It was fiberglass and ... c) It was made in China (not that makes any difference). Armor - These things need some refinement (that will come i know) Finally, and sadly, I was asked by the trooper to help him take off the bucket because apparently you can't do it yourself with the existing armor design and the rubberized upper undersuit. Any TFA wearers care to chime in on this info?
  11. Yes the right forearm is larger. Great job Kyle.
  12. Congrats John, welcome to the 501st trooper.
  13. Hey TK-Ed great pack build sir. As for the antenna I thought the same thing, but since it's shown in the CRL, I installed one.
  14. All the gun hardware is on the right side of the gun now.
  15. Yea you're probably correct Clint, not to mention the sensitivity of the microphone is a factor.
  16. Tim at 1:11 he talks, clear as day, no amps, straight out of the bucket, crazy awesome!
  17. These are insanely awesome!
  18. That's the million dollar question Peter
  19. If anyone watched the live feed I was impressed to hear how good the voice of the trooper in the ANOVOS armor sounded.
  20. -------------- Possible TD?
  21. Back close ups
  22. WTH!? What's with all the hush hush then!?
  23. I've been watching the live feed and I have yet to see anyone in racing shirts.
