  1. I've gotta see this when you get it Alex.
  2. I may have to look into these.
  3. I've purchased a couple set from Keith, they're spot on.
  4. BTW other than TB, Keith's are the only one available being Mike hasn't responded to emails in a month or so.
  5. You're correct Vern, I just double checked trooperbays and they're NOT white in the center as they should be. Good call
  6. Different strokes for different folks. Who knows
  7. Should be, Mike's products are generally up to par.
  8. Hey Ben, nice ATA sir. As for suggestions, as Scott has mentioned the ammo belt corner taper seems a bit excessively yet I would wait for Gazmosis the DO to give you his opinion on it before doing anything. I have a concern regarding the cloth belt width, it almost appears to be as wide as the ammo belt itself. CRL is 2.75†(70 mm) to 3.25â€(83 mm) wide max. If you're within that range disregard my concern. Other than these you look EIB ready. I do have some suggestions for Centurion if that's where you're headed but I'm sure Gazmosis will make suggestions of his own when the time comes. Great job, see you soon in the EIB ranks
  9. Hey Pascal, nice looking build sir Besides echoing Germain's comments and suggestions, I would like to add the the following suggestions though they don't really apply for EIB though may for Centurion, which I assuming this is where your headed giving you've built a very nice set of RS armor. Again for level 3, align your drop boxes with the edge of your ammo belt? (your belt pic differs from your suited up pics. Could just be a picture thing), reign in any gaps between your kidney and ab (breath in click, breath out ), pictures of your exterior cod & posterior rivets and flexible hand guards (though it's obvious they're rubber ). See you in the EIB ranks soon.
  10. Hey Steve, no apologies needed bro, things happen. What's most important is that you get better, family, life, etc. These items are always first in my book. I'm bummed I didn't get to meet you and a majority of the FISD family at C7 but that was my fault. Next time.
  11. If you add more shoulder strapping be advised try to avoid your armor looking like this. Gap in the back plate During my approval I actually shortened the strapping by 1" because the length didn't seem to help to increase the overall length of the armor. Maybe you can come up with a better solution.
  12. Welcome to the ATA world. Russell you and I are close to the same build and this is what my ATA looks like on me. A little high in the backside. Just ensure the posterior to cod strap is tight and it will tuck things in a bit. This will not effect EIB or Centurion
  13. Well you have 8 days to decide.
  14. Yea I posted the same pic a few pages ago. I'd be surprised to see this plate attached already, why would they go through the trouble on a kit. I'm sure we'll see updated pics in time. I've already pilled the trigger on the kit anyways so I'm not too concerned, either way.
  15. Yup. Time for a snack, be back in a bit to see how you're doing
  16. If that's the case then TD is out of the question unless you can somehow remove the plate. That would be a bummer if you couldn't.
  17. Align the top edges of the kidney an ab, everything else will fall into place.
  18. Please tell us they'll be better than the TKs
  19. Minimal to no gap is the level three standard. Looks awesome so far.
  20. Derrek you're sucking all the joy out of the moment.
