Breath Scott breath lol Like Russell has stated, upper return edge, lower no return edge however, I have very little return edge on the upper portion either, less chafing, but that's just me. There's quite a few ATA (or other) builders that will be chiming in on your build. Don't hesitate to ask us anything. Follow the leaders, Russell has an incredible build thread for instance, I would encourage you to check it out if you haven't already.

I would angle them down just a bit.

Well its too bad they had no idea what the TFA TK would look like prior to building the game. That would have been awesome to see and play as a character. Hopefully is will show up in a new expansion pack, now that would be cool.

Unfortunately I have to agree with you Adam. My family and I have been huge Disney consumers for years and one thing is for sure when it comes to Disney, they don't do anything half way and they're in it for the $. When they took ownership of SW they knew exactly what they were doing and what they will own, everything, and everyone else will go bye bye. Unfortunately this is reality. Exactly how much they will impose their will on fan built armor has yet to be seen but I suspect it started with TFA and will continue from there. As for the classic, who knows.

Great job Chad, excellent work. As for suggestions: I could be wrong but your calf rear cover strips seem a bit wide, the width should be 25mm Also, you will need to move your TD brackets out towards the caps. CRL is minimal to no gap. Like this Keep up the good work and good luck with EIB

Or head over to your local Ace Hardware, 235 Park Rd Burlingame. and pick up 4 for abut .50, instead of a pack of 100. Judging by the pictures I would say the head is 3/16" or 4mm.

I have 3 sets of gloves, the only thing that worked with rubber gloves is CA, my one pair of textured I used E6000.
