So many questions lol. If I told you your armor looks excellent and with a belt, including the TD would disguise most of the concerns you have would you believe me? Lol I personally have nothing to add except for armor up and put your belt and TD on so we can see what it looks like.

I guess my point is not being understood. If there will eventually be L2 and L3 for the TFA, would it be wise to build it now and possibly have to redo it or wait, unless those who have them now are given a pass?

Well I wasn't concerned about basic approval as I was EIB or Centurion. I just want to make sure as I build this TFA that I'm building it to meet level 3 accuracy. If we haven't established what those requirements will be (I'm assuming we haven't), then those that have already built theirs (pre C7) or like myself in group two will be grandfathered into L3 without having to reconstruct. The reason I ask is I'll wait to start building mine after we've established what L3 will be, I've had two do-over builds and would like to avoid a third. Sorry if I sound OCD.

Hey Allan, no. Though they're definitely getting better some of us still don't think these boots are up to par. I went back to tkboots, much better boot IMO. Edit: TKs blemish boots are A+

The problem is with this kit I believe is the speaker is inside the helmet. You need them outside to reduce or eliminate the mic feedback. If you're interested I have Hovi Tips with speakers I'll be selling in the next couple weeks. Slightly off topic, do any of you armor suppliers have a guestimate as to how much the fan made armor may run, if you had to guess?
