  1. Actually it's has very unique weathering, you can totally do this.
  2. Glad to be of assistance Mark Troopers Helping Troopers
  3. Congratulations Arthur, beautiful job
  4. Looking good
  5. Size no but they should roughly look like this
  6. Now that is interesting.
  7. Very nice
  8. Looking good Alex, a little shim work on the thighs, an adjustment here and there and you'll be good to go
  9. Looking fantastic Kenton, coming along nicely
  10. True but who wants to go through all the extra work and not be able to wear a cool back pack lol.
  11. Sandy is much more involved and costly but least you get to get dirty, bang into junk and not care, become one of a few and if you go SWAT you'll join the elite class of less than 60 members in the entire world.
  12. A guy with a stick lol
  13. Like every one has said, looking good.
  14. I'll probably get slapped for saying this but build it to Centurion standards and if you're not finished by Halloween just use white gaffers to tape to hold together whatever's not completed. I mean you're in your neighborhood, no one will know or care how imperfect you may look . You're a Stormtrooper that's awesome enough lol . After Halloween's over continue building it the correct way. Just a thought
  15. No worries. As Brien stated a high % of Anovos sales are probably completed outside the watchful eye of those who would actually warn potential buyers, hence another reason to get people plugged into the FISD ASAP. Agreed
  16. Unfortunately what Anovos or any other armor manufacture does can not be control by the 501st, FISD or any other costume club and/or their detachments. The only control we have is whether to recommend them or not,
  17. Great question, canon armor was assembled mostly with elastic for obvious reasons, mobility. For nice tight fitting armor either use nylon or tight elastic. Something to keep in mind any excessive gaps in these areas may be mentioned at the higher levels of approval., so nice and snug is recommended. That said, this is your armor and as Glen mentioned flexibility is key when trooping. I personally use both, most torso connections I use nylon (except for the shoulders), and lower arms are elastic. This allows for a nice tight fitting armor where it needs to be and flexible in those areas.
  18. Hey Lionel one of the DOs will be with you shortly. While you're waiting please post a photo of the wrist side for the forearms from a head on (straight) view. Also, the left thigh ammo pack mount needs to come down. It's correctly located on the ammo pack itself but not on the thigh armor, it should be positioned in the center of the lower edge. Take a look at the photo below and reference photo provided on your EIB app. As for your hovi tips, so long as they're white on the inside you're good.
  19. Hey Ignacio one of the DOs will be with you shortly. While you're waiting please provide a photo of the tops of the shoulders please. Preferably armor on, arms down and specifically from the rear, where the covers cover the back plate. Also, you'll need to remove ALL the return edge on the wrist side of the forearms before we can proceed with your app. Thank you
  20. Very cool, love how he took a bow lol. Great job
