  1. Me too, just not certain about leaving the screen printed bit in Also didnt add embroidered patches are not acceptable, but I don't think we would need that to be honest.
  2. Here is an alternate version changing up the text to another part of the conversation thread It was mentioned vinyl sticker or painted. painting by habd unless you are that good could look messy but screen printed might work. Again only suggestions. lets bolt it down so i can lock it up anf get LMO's to approve the changes
  3. This is what i have so far. I noticed that the insignia conversation changed a few times regarding how it should look/materials etc, plus what level and what style per level, but this is what it is at the moment as a first draft. Can update text easily for changes as I have the CRL wiki document open. Also i can add a much larger image of the insignia in the CRL gallery attached to the CRL.
  4. The base software has undergone numerous updates so some functions were made redundant, but different or new options came on line. The sheer growth over the years also increases the difficulty to find things. We archived a heap of stuff too which isn't fully viewable, but lacked too much of its original content to keep it viewable. We don't actually delete anything, we only hide it or archive it, so the full history is still there in the background. As Glen mentioned, 2 years was a huge undertaking to revive and recover as much as we could, but i am unsure about being able to reinstate old serch systems without having to rebuild entire sections or creating a single post and linking everything back to it like Caleb did for his all in one post. I too use google to search up things on our forums sometimes, because it is easier
  5. Looking forward to your next batch of photos Alexandre. I have only used a leather hole punch for this, and it probably is the best way to get a clean hole through the canvas belt. There is another tool called a Brad which is a spike with a handle at one end that could work. In that case perhaps a skewer might allow you to make a sufficient small hole to get rivets or Chicago screws through.
  6. Welcome aboard as an official TK Marcel, and congratulations.
  7. Don't stress Tristan, basic approval does not require a blaster, so you will be able to troop with what you have the way it is. Only higher level EI and Centurion you would need to adjust it. Secondly, your local GML will be the one approving your armour at basic level, not the detachment, so check in with who that might be and see if they are happy to approve you with that beautiful helmet. You may find they love it as much as we do when it comes to replica props, so don't worry yourself yet. looking forward to your build.
  8. Incredible leveler of detail, see what I did there A thing of beauty and something to be proud of Adam, congrats sir.
  9. Fantastic result in the end, well done Tristan.
  10. Spot on Please email me a decent resolution photo so I can prep it for the CRL.
  11. Welcome to FISD Pol!! Definitely check out the Rogue One resources here before you go. We are happy to help wether you are buil;ding one of our costumes or another detachments.
  12. HUGE progress Elanor and its looking fabulous. TK armour isn't the most comfortable to wear and it's also not unusual to have restricted movement. I struggle with stairs in my armour, and yeah the visibility is limited lol. The finish line is well in sight now, great work.
  13. Welcome back Joseph, pleased to know you are as mentally strong as ever and excited to continue giving to this community. You have always gone over and above to serve the membership and I know they truly appreciate that as much as I and the rest of the staff do. You are a credit to FISD and the legion.
  14. Welcome to FISD Eban. Your best starting place is our First Order battle Group section for al your FO Stormtrooper needs. In this section we have a vendors list, build threads, and a stack of information to get you on your way. Ultimately, research is key, and definitely ask questions for anything you need clarification on. once in this section go to the resources tab and there you will find the Vendors list we keep reasonably up to date. https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/218-first-order-battle-group/
  15. Excited to see another Fem trooper come together, great work so far
  16. Making good progress Dale, the helmet has come together very nicely.
  17. In some cases they copy paste and photoshop a new colour scheme, new CRL done!
