The second run was larger, 2 1/2 wide by 3 1/2 inches tall, and sold for $7.50 for 25 stickers, and done on Aug 2008. http://forum.whitearmor.net/index.php?showtopic=4537&hl= Not sure how many he ordered - I'm guessing 1000.

As long as we're giving props to Nathan in this resurrected thread, let's not leave out that he is one helluva talented artist.

If you want FX, there is a legitimate seller on these boards (see the for sale area) who has delivered quality a competitive price for years. Unless it's someone selling a personal suit, you shouldn't buy armor from Ebay as a rule.

To Smitty, you should listen. Good first steps - I just hope you find a way to enjoy the process.

Nope, we don't say anything about power cylinders.

I cut mine on my first set of armor and it didn't do much for me (I'm 6'0"). On my current two suits I didn't cut it and haven't had a problem. And, I don't have to worry about a strap snapping making me a "happy trooper".

Got it now - thanks for the latest PMs. Yup, this is a known good seller and it's sweet to see him offering up boots now as well. Great to see him making boots - if the quality is as good as his other items the quality will be superb, and they are more accurate in appearance than caboots. Thumbs up in my book for sure. Great find guys!!

These look pretty spot on and much better than Caboots. Can someone post or PM me who this person really is? My main concern is it's not a front for StarFortress, or similar.

I like the idea of making data easier to find but think creating sub-forums to be a bit much as we already have quite a lot of forums on FISD. I'd like to suggest instead it just be part of the title on the applicants - I can go back and update them as needed. Also, I was going to do this to add *done* to the subject as well when completed so it's easier to see what's in progress (MEPD does it this way). Would that work?

Actually we're doing the same thing here - the Academy should be launched in October. It won't be a wiki, but will be a compilation of our best HOWTO's and Tuts. In a way this whole forum is what you're asking to create - anyone can post tutorials here.

TE resurrected ROTJ molds but TE was banned for bad business practices. I'm sure someone may end up fronting for him, or will buy the molds soon enough and sell ROTJ kit here soon enough. In fact, I heard he did sell the molds but I've gotten no verification from this from the new owner. Hopefully they will make quality kit at a reasonable price that can be enjoyed by all.

If you want to get screen accurate you can drill some holes in the front and back and sew them to the gloves. In the end I just used velcro for a quick fix and its worked so far. I guess I could always make a circular strap that fit around my hand too, which is what most folks do for their ANH hand plates.
