  1. Coin slot. -"nothing to see here, move along. move along."
  2. I have a piece of your kit...does that count? -"nothing to see here, move along. move along."
  3. Staples. -"nothing to see here, move along. move along."
  4. Anovos just released another preorder for the anh tk kit. 650 with soft goods, 450.00 without soft goods. Not going to show up until jan 2017. -"nothing to see here, move along. move along."
  5. Check the crl pics. nothing to see here.
  6. What armour is this? Either the backplates too small or the kidneys too wide...must stick an inch on either side. nothing to see here.
  7. The instructions from anovos said use rustoleum to match the included fiberglass helm. nothing to see here.
  8. Move shoulder bells in. Raise biceps so they are actually at biceps. The rounded part at the elbow of forearms goes in the bend of your elbow. If its jutting past your wrist when your arm is bent and the rounded part is touching your inner elbow its too long. The kidney section seems huge width wise. Could trim the connection edges to ab plate. Get rid of belt for now...gotta get butt to connect to kidney. Then adjust shoulder strapping to lower backplate. Are you using suspenders to hold the midsection in place? nothing to see here.
  9. You just want fans in your jowls pointing up to keep lenses clear. Some have a fan in the rear cavity blowing out to move warm air out and hopefully pull fresh leaa humid air in.
  10. Rustoleum matches the fibreglass alpha helms. Krylon didnt. Autobody paint match with flexibility paint is a grand.
  11. Get someone to add you to the fotk facebook group for owners. Lots of help there too.
  12. After you pad them theyll sit still. Add velcro inside and to tongue of boot surface.
  13. Step one, order the decal stensils from trooperbay. Two. Put them on carefully. Three:. Paint white first. Let dry. Four. Stir the bejebus out of the blue then paint. The white fills cracks and crevases in stensils, then blue goes in better.
  14. Abs glue, ca, and do the e6000 stuff and snap plates first :-)
  15. Just tape it in. Remove after. Clean with goo gone.
  16. Or just try save as, and make it a real spreadsheet on your computer and email it. I can help later today.
  17. Make it not private and just share the link from the publish part...what he said.
  18. Im sure its fine man. It will help the chest piece sit more horizontal and make room for an icomm and aker in the chest :-)
  19. that makes it canon that clonetroopers had grenades :-) i'm calling my FOTK a filter assembly. just filters out smoke, not toxins. stupid First Order.
  20. I need production stills of 75156 stat...
  21. I think it would look more defined if you adjust or pad the chest armour to make a more vertical line with the ab plate. Most of us with the over 40 yr old belly have that issue.
  22. i don't commit forgery. i don't have the skill. well i guess that's not true. i made a jawa from scratch. but zero percent of it is copied from anh jawa costumes. it's the wrong material, the wrong mask type, wrong undersuit, wrong eyes, wrong power box, wrong plastic toy gun, wrong led colour, wrong boots, wrong paint...and it looks better. i guess i stole the audio files for my glove but build a interactive sound system from scratch with some help from someone else. oops. my bad. kids love it. or pee themselves when i look at them. old ladies cop a feel. sometimes old men. i try not to remember the copped feels. if a legal binding document appears in my mailbox forbidding me from wearing my suit of unlicensed plastic armour so be it. disney, lfl, whomever can shut down the vendors of fan crafted kits from selling new ones. no court in the world is going to retroactively send sheriffs out to destroy them. this isn't the v for vendetta world of a novel by ray bradbury. but lets call the kettle black. who doesn't make fun of rubies? starfield fortress ebay whomever... nobody is insulting prop makers. at least they're honest about who they copied for the most part. where the molds came from. or claim self sculpts from parts of star wars pics, dvd screen shots, three laser pointers taped together and hundreds or polaroids or slides. however when someone takes all the publics pictures they didn't do themselves and admits to using build thread pictures posted to help other licensed suit owners (without permission of those who posted the threads ), won't answer questions directly, can't answer "who's suit of the limited armour was allegedly copied by someone thousands of miles away..." especially when he says he only made a small number for his own garrison (what, ten suits, 12?) and then has the audacity to cry fowl *if* someone used his pictures and pictures of his wooden lumps to make new ones...which basically is what he did....it approaches infuriating. where's Mr. Furious when we need him? and we don't even use the term properly. that irks me. re·cast rēˈkast/Submit verb gerund or present participle: recasting 1. give (a metal object) a different form by melting it down and reshaping it. present or organize in a different form or style. "his doctoral thesis has been recast for the general reader" 2. allocate the parts in (a play or film) to different actors. "there were moves to recast the play"
  23. his arms the wrong colour.
  24. not admin but it's because until recently the only way to get a fotk suit "legitimately" was a licensed product bound by NDA. with the new ordering possibility i would expect the threads to be open to everyone once those suits start being delivered. i hope. and then we can watch the hordes of fancast / fancopied / fansculped sale threads begin here and ebay/etsy/amazon etc.
