  2. I assume you are talking about the bubble lenses. Can you just use the flat lens material from Trooperbay (instead of the bubble lens)? https://trooperbay.com/dark-green-lens-material
  3. Normal shipping for in stock items in the US. I don't remember exact dates, but it was reasonable.
  4. E-6000 only sticks the two pieces together. ABS glue actually "fuses" the two piece together.
  5. EP: V (ESB) is my favorite to date. I always like the solid black frown on the ESB buckets as well.
  6. Off topic on a dead thread, but I just stick the mic in my mouth when putting on and taking off the bucket.
  7. Looks fine for basic, noting what others have said. Close up pics of the bucket would help too. It's hard to make out the details on these pics.
  8. Why do you want them glued back together?
  9. Great first troop, Carl! Glad to meet ya in person. Thanks for the pics.

  11. ------------- Basically I just placed a strip of blue painter's tape along the bottom edge of the snow trooper hand guards and trimmed along that line.
  12. That's where I attached the snap that connects the belt to the abdomen plate (the square is already there). I painted the snap white and left the upper hole there. You can't quite make out the detail in my re-sub pics, but it looks just fine.
  13. Here's my post after converting my FX kit to ESB: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/22384-tk-209-esb-conversion-completed-for-re-activation/ The post has a link to my original set up as well. I got a pair of Snowtrooper hand plates from a fellow member and trimmed them. Bought the ESB stickers (for FX bucket) and canvas belt from Trooperbay. Moved my holster to the right side (non-riveted). Repainted the ab buttons. That's about it.
  14. Maybe try here: http://www.rebellegion.com/
  15. I have the same "build". I have a gap in mine. I don't think you'll have any issues with basic approval. There are some how-to's, I think, that show how you can cover the gap with "For Sale" type signs. Here are my re-activation pics (FX type armor): http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/22384-tk-209-esb-conversion-completed-for-re-activation/
  16. Our troop this past weekend actually had more Vaders in costume at one point than TKs.
  17. I used these: http://www2.fiskars.com/Crafting/Products/Scissors-Snips-and-Sharpeners/Ultimate-Craft-Snip-8#.UbMpBecywvw
  18. That's similar to what I wear. I put a zipper in the front for bathroom emergencies. I also cut off the hands to wear the approved gloves. I also roll down the hood part and it works like a neck seal to hide the skin. The down side is that it's kind of a pain to get zipped up in the back, especially when you gain some weight.
  19. I think right now you are limited to a 230x270x200 mm build size and slightly larger for more expensive units. https://www.lpfrg.com/
