  1. http://www.studiocreations.com/index.html This is the site I went through back in 2000 when I got my kit. maybe you'll find something there.
  2. I used this: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/4697-howto-make-a-metal-scope-rail-counter-bracket/#entry60157
  3. Lowes, Home Depot, and Walmart carry the bondo and resin supplies you would need if you choose that route.
  4. This is my FX bucket, so I have the room. But I placed mine on the sides. Hearing is an issue, but it works. -----------

  6. +1 for TrooperBay. I ordered my ESB stuff there.
  7. I had to ping someone. It's to prevent bots and spam I think.
  8. Send an email to info@stargarrison.com explaining your situation. I'm sure someone will be able to assist you. As for buying armor, read through the thread that Mathias posted. Good luck! You've chosen the best garrison in the Legion!
  9. Thanks, Tray. I am guilty of NRTOP. =)
  10. A recent episode of Pawn Stars had a guy trying to sell one. Think he was asking $4k. They laughed.
  11. Maybe this guy will sell you the lens part for cheap. =) http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/22903-halo-helmet-what-you-think/
  12. Most have done it. Look at the screen shots in the reference section. Some of the screen suits were trimmed quite a bit.
  13. Follow the instructions here: http://www.501st.com/databank/Membership:JoinUs
  14. $20 Sterelite bin from Walmart that has wheels. Everything fits with room to spare, including the bucket.
  15. Nice. I'm still working on the helmet. I am down to all the little PITA pieces.
  16. 10 - 15 min It helps to have someone work with you though.
  17. Month and day of my birthday. It was less complicated back then.
  18. "I am a bit concerned about the 'lean' of the back part - will probably have to shore it up with some popsicle sticks before I resin it:" Nobody pays attention to your feet. They'll all be staring at your bucket. Looking good!
  19. ^^This. Sniper plate if I have the left shin piece not situated correctly. My legs have gotten bigger since I made the suit, so the thighs don't go up as high on my leg as they used to. Same as thighs, the forearms don't fit like they used to. Ended up cutting off an inch from the wrist end to not only get my hand through (and back out), but to prevent the armor from digging into my arm every time I bent it.
  20. EVA foam can be found at many places these days. Home Depot sells a 16 sq ft section for under $20US (site says it weighs about 3 lbs). Look in the flooring department. Just Google EVA foam.
  21. Looking good! I chipped the end of my barrel when drilling out the hex head holes too. Resin is very brittle. It didn't chip too bad, so I'm leaving it as "weathered".
  22. Looks fine. The fans won't care one bit.
  23. You can play all the story lines for free. You're limited in some aspects, but nothing that prevents you from playing the game. I played a bit when F2P came out, but haven't logged in for a bit.
