    Maybe a tiny splint on the inside to shore it up. No one's going to see it really. Might have to worry about it pinching you in an uncomfortable place though.

    Welcome! Make sure you've spent some time walking around in the armor (if you haven't already). It's good to know where your blind spots are as well as what may end up "biting/chaffing" you during the parade. Have fun!

    I don't have exact measurements on each body part. 5'11" 210lbs Wearing the original "FX" kit from 2000. Fit just fine back then. Needed some modifications to fit better now.
