  1. Nop, it's still there. And i browsing from a basic computer, no mobile device
  2. I tried it but it persists... I though it might be from Chrome so i tried a different browser too, but it didn't change anything. Anyway, it's really not a big issue, i wanted to point it out just in case it would be an error during the linking of the picture and easily fixable. It won't prevent me from sleeping
  3. It's just to inform that the second picture on the second page of the "Sandtroopers - Blueray Screen Captures" isn't showing as the thumbnail but in full resolution, which is a bit annoying
  4. I agree with Mark on that. Other than that, it should be an easy pass for EIB
  5. Regarding your height i guess you could cut the chest plate the same way they did it for Luke's suit but i wouldn't cut anymore than that: However I wouldn't recommand you to cut your cod until the armor is fully assembled and strapped together to see if it's really bothering you
  6. I was't referencing this pic as being an ROTJ blaster , it was just if it could be added to the reference pics along with the others. Just to show that all the scopes on the films weren't real ones nor that they had this kind of insert inside:
  7. I had already saved them into my personal files but it's a really good thing to put them in the "reference galleries". There's also this one which is good to see scope lens
  8. Straps to the belt should be 20mm. They can be either black or tan: About the measurements:
  9. Thanks for sharing! A lot of interresting pics indeed. Especially for ROTJ blaster builders
  10. Looking darn perfect!!! Impressive
  11. There's a HOWTO about that here on the FISD: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/tutorials/article/5-howto-post-images-on-the-forums/
  12. To me, there's also some spare ABS to trim down on the right side of the ab plate. The side should end where the ridge between the ab and the cod sctions ends. ---------
  13. Also think about trimming the bottom of the ab plate so it corresponds with the corner notch on the kidney plate: And if you decid to shim the ab plate then wait for it to be done before setting the upper snap.
  14. FYI, pop rivets are the same rivets you used to fasten the holster to the belt, and CAP rivets are this kind of rivets: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/tutorials/article/19-how-to-install-cap-rivets-video/ But when i look at the materials used for your strapping system, it's really looking perfect, so it would be kind of the surprise if you'd have mistaken yourself regarding the ammo knee belt rivets. Maybe it's just the picture shown which is misleading. But once again, Congratulation
  15. If you like the Low-brow style for the helmets try to leave some more material at the bottom for the rivet to go through. Make some tests fitting once cut and if you don't need the extra material at the bottom you could always remove it then.
  16. French Pride inside ! And nop, french people ain't chauvinist
  17. Though i look hundred times at this helmet i never noticed that before! Should be no problem then
  18. Looks awesome! Congratulation in advance I'm just not sure if it's allowed to have a different ear bump painted on your left and right ear. I guess we will just have to wait for Locitus to chime in, he's the ear bumps master
  19. Looks good to me. Though i've never built an ATA so maybe someone who have actually built one could confirm that.
  20. In that case maybe they will provide a shortened mag too! Very exciting stuff though
  21. It would be good to bring your belt up on the abdominal plate, even though with your cut cod i understand it might not be possible for you. And also fix your elbow gaps, your right one is larger than your left one. I cannot see if you have a strap between your biceps and forearms, but it would be an easy way to address this problem, as it would be better for accuracy. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/19372-correct-bicep-to-forearm-connection-anhesb-video-and-photo-references/
  22. You can still shave a lot more on the rounded section of that ear, this way you shouldn't need to squeeze them as much: ---------- And of course, work a little at the time and check frequently the back of the ear too
