  1. Very nice work, well done
  2. Well it's about time good luck with approval, fingers crossed
  3. From the photo's I think you will be fine, but try the cover strips on, just with tape and try post another photo just to make sure
  4. Was at my first troop and been on a high for the last few days so I missed your post, there is only so much you can trim to your size, as long as you leave the step for the cover strip to go over then you are good, even if that means you need to put a little padding into the peices, hope that makes sense. I have small arms so I needed some padding, didn't want to go too small with the cover strips.
  5. Very nice indeed, would it be possible to make others, different squad and garrison logos. Also did you get approval from the 501st for the design.
  6. It can never be said enough, STAY AWAY FROM EBAY
  7. Looking good, the first time you suit up in armor is a great experience, oh not sure about your boots
  8. As above some larger photo's would be great to see more of the details
  9. The LED comes from one of these Life Gear glow sticks (couldn't find a photo of a red one lol) here is their website The electronics are part of the blaster which are quite low but once you open up the end of the muzzel the sound level increases. I usually use electronics from cheap battery operated toy guns, can pick them up from $5 upwards.
  10. I use elastic from the loop on the top of the boot and have elastic which goes up to the top of the calve, really easy to hold the elastic while opening the calves then clipping it on the snap. Doesn't move around but with the elastic it adds some give when posing.
  11. Great job so far keep up the good work
  12. Looking good be finished in no time
  13. Sorry but part of this journey is to read learn then start to cut, we all go through it
  14. Going very well, keep up the good work
  15. You will have to hold them at the back with pliers to stop them from spinning and use a really slow drill bit or you will heat up the rivet and the abs will melt, slow and steady
  16. My ATA was the same I just aligned which fitted best to the butt piece and back, it seemed to only like going on one way to match the back.
  17. Nice work they seem to match fine, the front remaining standard looks better
  18. There are many with multipe armors and other costumes, you keep the same id across them all but still would have to be approved for all of them.
  19. Cool can't wait to see the pic's
  20. My lid was the same, try the screws before riveting it does make a difference.
  21. Looking good, all the best for approval
