  1. I like Trooper Korps...very cool.
  2. That pic always cracks me up...! Yeah, the eFX lid is waaaay brighter and does not match most armors you will find. Depending on your size and budget...best bet is an MTK, AP, or another lid.
  3. I prefer to drill, but that's just me.
  4. I had the pleasure of re-watching the "Star Wars Holiday Special" recently. There's a scene where a TK onsite at Chewbacca's home is trashing his son Lumpy's room. He and Han get into a tussle and he bites the dust and falls off a tree. Well, he gets a call from CMD but is missing. The officer is looking for a "B-4711..." rather than "TK-4711". Remember, this was filmed right after ANH, before ESB. Thought it was interesting...it's @ 1:42:00... I like Trooper Korps...but always thought of it as "Trooper Killers".
  5. Wow, great details and work going in to this conversion.
  6. The zombie lover in me wants/needs to do a Death Trooper...!
  7. Ah yes...nothing like E6000 in the morning...! Rock on...!
  8. Cool, good choice for a lid conversion...!
  9. Yeah, I'm a leaner in this costume. Besides, the TK should be alert and ready for Rebel scum, right?! Although, my biker scout can sit just fine.
  10. Thanks Danny. If you click my sig-banner you'll see tons more...
  11. Awesome idea...I was contemplating a different Velcro method on the inner portion of the boot. I like this idea much better.
  12. Thank you, it was fun.
  13. Great video...
  14. Pretty cool. I like costume addiction too.
  15. iCOMM/Aker combo or the Rom/FX...
  16. No doubt...I'll be a-watch'n too...!
  17. Email sent, Jim...
  18. There are a lot of options...if you're looking for a voice amp, check out the Aker line.
  19. As stated, comfort is key. I have the scuba undersuit, and the Underarmor compression pants and top. I prefer the UA since it's easier to take a bio-break.
  20. Great work! Your setup looks good but I would replace the bucket. The eFX lid is a nice collectors piece but when you get out in brighter lights, it might not match your armor color. On the bells, if you went with the T-strap method you may need to adjust how they hang, and/or how the biceps hang with them.
  21. Bummer...cool idea though...!
  22. I have an AP set built by a FISD member. It's awesome and fits me well @ 6"2 and 170 lbs. I believe AP is made for a less beefy trooper. If on a budget, the AM kit will work but is not as accurate. The TM kit would most likely be your best bet unless you can afford a nice RS setup. My 2 cents...
